Very happy with quick service from Broken Fones! Originally offered a very good price and was lowered due to two issues with my phone. But overall good experience.

The price quoted was the price given. Previously I had sent my phone’s to a well known company because they were offere more but at the end they reduced the quote by 50%.

The mobile was noted as being in “broken” condition but was first class and exceeded my expectations. I shall certainly use BrokenFones again.

Quick dispatch and delivery, and the phone was in perfect condition let alone good a it was described! Still running smooth over a week later so very pleased.

I have used Broken Fones before and they were great again. I found the website clear and easy to use so I sold them my old iPhone which I was quoted a fair price for. You fill out the form online, and they sent you a QR code for your chosen way to send to them. After they receive they pay via bacs.
