Bruce Studios Avis 445

I honestly could not be happier with Bruce. It’s helped me be consistent in working out and I love trying new workouts. I know the cancellation policy is a little strict but I have made it part of my routine and don’t really struggle with it.

Amazing value

Amazing app and service in general! I use it for both gym, swimming and crossfit. Both home in Sthlm and when I’m at vacation in other parts of Sweden.

Kostbart, men om du er nysgjerrig på ulike treningsformer og vil prøve det direkte hos ekspertene uten at det er «SATSifisert» er dette for deg! Jeg vil ikke forplikte meg til f.eks.. ett yoga/danse/boxestudio, men vil fortsatt ha det som del av treningsrutinen min, og det får jeg her!
Jeg sammenligner dette med rekoringen og å support local-fokuset. Ikke alle steder er topp kvalitet, men det er en sjarm ved det også. Bruce har strenge bookingregler, men jeg forstår at det må være slik forretningsmessig.

I love Bruce because I have access to all the training I could ever possibly need in one app. Memberships that would otherwise have totalled perhaps 6 times the price of a monthly membership with Bruce. I can dance, climb, strength train, do Muay Thai, CrossFit and much much more. Not to mention the wellness access to spa and recovery. Couldn’t be more pleased! Have been a member for years and wouldn’t swop it for anything else. Bruce is a lifestyle!

The principle behind Bruce is great, but the booking system is way too rigid and customer service tends to be very unhelpful sadly.

Be aware of:
1. Can only book 4 classes at one given time
2. Some studio get booked quickly
3. Check-in times depend on each studio and some of them are even 10min before start. The app lag when you try to scan the QR code and there is immediate penalties if you scan one sec late.
4. You can only have 3 late in 60 days. This was very challenging especially as it got very snowy in Copenhagen recently.
5. You get blocked 14 days after 2 late. The 3rd one is irrelevant.
6. You can only cancel 12h before.

Overall, they give an impression that they only focus on catching people rather than making the experience less stressful and more enjoyable.

There should be a way to make the system less rigid and more fluid and flexible for everyone. Until then, I have cancelled my membership

Reducing amount of booking per week was not a good move

I love the opportunity to check out several different studios, experiment and get varied exercise. The app works great and the support has been helpful.
I hope even more studios join it in the future.

Best thing I have done for myself

I generally like Bruce, and the wide range of activities and classes you can choose. I have the Black subscription. But when they launched the Epic subscription, some of the Black benefits were removed. To keep them, you had to upgrade to Epic and pay a higher price per month. For example access to Tribal Pilates was reduced to 2 visits per month and it used to be 4. Also, they reduced the time to cancel bookings, and made the penalty point system stricter. By principle I did not upgrade, as I think it was unethical.

I love it! There are so many nice places and passes. Using it for about 3 years now and counting.

Absolutely love Bruce! It's been nearly 6 months since I have been using it. It is excellent value for money and it makes training in Stockholm so much more fun and diverse in terms of workouts. The only downside I could say is that popular classes got booked really quickly so it is sometimes not difficult to have a regular, recurring schedule.

Bruce is nice, has a good selection of studios, good customer service, but I do think it is a bit overpriced considering you can only use the “wellness” classes (sauna etc) 4 times month (on the black membership), and that ALL memberships are constrained to maximum 20 workouts per month. If you could do unlimited workout it would make more sense.

I have been with Bruce Studios for a year now. Traveling between the Nordic cities and also wanting both training and wellness, there is not a better option for me out there. I am also really impressed with the member support team.

Even though it is a bummer with the limitations of 20 limits a month I still find the offer outstanding given what’s included.

I use the Epic tier as it provides me with more flexibility.

Jag älskar variationen jag får med Bruce. Jag tränar gym och kampsport flera gånger i veckan och medlemsskapet i Bruce ger mig möjlighet att testa olika klubbar och träningsmöjligheter på ett smidigt sätt till ett bra pris.

Ett företag som verkligen bryr sig om sina kunder, fick underbar hjälp av kundtjänsten. Verkligen 10/10 service. Tjejer som hette Boel, Elvira, Tuva och Morgan 🤍🩷 Bruce är en jättebra tjänst som jag rekommenderar.

Unfair payment and I have to pay for extra months that I’m not using

I am really happy for the opportunity of doing different types of workouts! I personally switch a lot between going to different gyms and classes such as reformer. However, it can often be a challenge to make bookings because of high demand and you end up getting waitlisted. And the 20 limits per month is also a bit of a bummer + my subscription got additional restrictions with respect to how often I can do specific classes :) With that being said, I still prefer Bruce compared to having multiple subscriptions! And their costumer service is amazing! Always there to help and reply super fast :)

Jag vill verkligen passa på att ge Bruce och deras supportteam högsta betyg! Jag blev bemött på ett otroligt proffsigt och trevligt sätt när jag behövde hjälp.
Det som imponerade mest var deras snabba återkoppling; jag behövde aldrig vänta länge på svar, och lösningen jag fick var helt till min belåtenhet. Det märks att de verkligen bryr sig om sina medlemmar och sätter kunden i fokus.
Jag är supernöjd och tacksam för den hjälp jag fått. Kan varmt rekommendera Bruce till alla som vill ha en smidig träningsupplevelse med support i världsklass!
