Bubble Butt Avis 

I have never received my delivery from them and they have not answered a single email I have sent to so I wood say very poor service

Paid in full but have never received my items im utterly disappointed as I wanted to get my horses washed before the winter sets in my items were ordered in the 14th of September 2022 and ive emailed you 4 times asking where my order was with no reply from you!

Fantastic product!
So easy to use, Bubble Butt has made my life so much easier now. As the owner of 3 large hairy dogs who like to roll in mud and puddles it has been a revolution to our bath time routine 🤩

Item didn’t arrive. Emailed after day 10, no response, only replied after I messaged them via Facebook, I understand that the courier is probably to blame, but slow response is probably the easiest way to wind up a customer, I suggest try and respond to customers sooner.

The item I ordered wasn't in stock when it came to be shipped. I would have preferred to have been told as I was trying to order it rather than having to wait and then order something else that I probably didn't want.

Paid,emails no reply 4 awhile,then item out of stock,took ages 2get money back, they only pay u by echeck, ordered 29july,thy took till i got intouch with paypal,b4 i eventually got money back. Adives dont buy.never got item

First time using this company .there was a piece missing when I received the order,emailed them and I couldn’t fault their customer service all sorted and I received the missing part the next day.
Product as advertised and would throughly recommend it.my mare is nervous being washed but using the bubble butt she only had one melt down then stood quietly,easy to use and it speaks for itself .shampoo leaves a lovely smell and does the job of cleaning a rather dirty horse .

Took advantage of the heatwave and used my Bubble Butt for the first time yesterday. Fantastic, so quick and easy to use. Horse has turned into a gleaming star, even his mane and tail came up so white instead of a dirty brown yellow. Well done on a fabulous product. Can highly recommend. Fab Fab Fab.

Love love love bubble butt . a friend recomenned it , so iv bought one for bathing my afghan hound . iv rigged it up to my shower using a spare pipe n jubilee clip , so I get warm water . its so quick , powerful and mixes my products as I'm bathing my boy , so a real time saving device , bargain price and beautiful colour !! Iv recommended it to several friends .

Don’t like this product, it works fine at first but then it dilutes the shampoo too much so it’s not effective

Just love it out the garden with mine bathed Barney and Bailey with it they love it cool and fresh saves me money at the groomers and done in half the time. 😊

Good communication and product was delivered on time, only reason for 4 stars is I was slightly disappointed with the product itself, its very heavy for something that you need to use daily, it leaks slightly and also has low water pressure, I love the bend hose and the connector that means I can attach straight to the shower hose but the spray unit itself could use a rework

I love this for washing the dogs
It has helped the wash get done a lot quicker being able to shampoo and rinse straight after. Really good spray on the gun which gets right into the coat.

Loved the Bubble Butt horse set so much I bought the dog one too.

Leaks at every part possible got more water down my arms than on the horse

Product is great. Delay in delivery of a month due to being out of stock kind of took the initial shine off it. However, now i have received the product, i couldn’t be happier with it’s performance. Saved me £100s on buying a hydro bath or recirculation pump.
