Beware of this company. It appears they take your order but do not deliver the goods. They are not contactable. I have reported them to Paypal and will report them to Action Fraud as a bogus company.... Voir plus
The item did not arrive. Company uncontactable. Looks like they have gone out of business as website is no longer available. Fortunately my order was only for £10.98 and was refunded via PayPal.
Item arrived ok. Appears to be manufactured from cheap, hard plastic components that could easily snap - not very robust. Sprayed ok and does save you getting the soapy water running down your sle... Voir plus

Stock issues, product not received
Ordered the product on a 2-3 working day delivery basis. Got an email the next day to say they had no stock, not received the product so can’t comment but not good customer service as yet.

Hi Laura, I'm surprised to hear you're dissatisfied with our customer service when we emailed you at the earliest possible opportunity to let you know that we are out of stock and as always, give the opportunity for a refund or to wait for it to be delivered. We work really hard to keep our customers happy, and value each and every one of them all the same. 1* reviews really hurt us and our business, especially when we feel we do everything we can to please our customers.
I'm sure you're disappointed you didn't get your gun as quickly as you wanted, we are too.

Fantastic bit of kit
Fantastic bit of kit , especially if you have multiple doggies to wash. Easy switch between soap and rinse . I love the fact you can use it with an electric shower which is what I have in my dog wash area.
