Beware of this company. It appears they take your order but do not deliver the goods. They are not contactable. I have reported them to Paypal and will report them to Action Fraud as a bogus company.... Voir plus
The item did not arrive. Company uncontactable. Looks like they have gone out of business as website is no longer available. Fortunately my order was only for £10.98 and was refunded via PayPal.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product, makes showering the dogs so much easier, no more mess and spilling shampoo everywhere and they love the foam and they smell and look amazing

Don't bother never received the item
Ordered a month ago and still haven't received it. Have emailed numerous times just fobbed off with excuses, asked for refund and again not even mentioned in the email response. Keep being told it will be shipped in next few days when stock arrives yet we are 3 weeks later and still nothing. Absolute joke. Paid for express postage etc and over a month still waiting.

Why ask for a review when the product has not been delivered. The order said delivery in 5 working days but after 2 weeks you tell me that its not in stock!

The shampoo gun was listed as a pre-order item at the time of your purchase; information which was available to you when you placed your order and again within the response to your email. Until the stock has arrived it shall remain as a pre-order, only once it has arrived will the 5 working day posting times apply. We have been assured that the new stock will be with us shortly; it is currently delayed at the port due to circumstances beyond our control. We are working hard to resolve the issue as we would also like the stock to be in our possession too! Can probably find better product at a better price
Item arrived ok.

Sprayed ok and does save you getting the soapy water running down your sleeves but quite clumsy n heavy to use around horses.
Got this at supposed half price - not convinced its worth the price tho.

I am very saddened by your disappointment as I can assure you we have spent a long time sourcing the right materials and creating the right designs for optimum and ergonomic use. Could you please elaborate on which parts seem cheap/flimsy as part of our market research was to get horses (including a large Clydesdale) to stand on the gun and to intentionally drop them from height to ensure they would withstand any heavy use.
Many of our customers have contacted us to thank us for creating a product that makes bathing their horses so much quicker and easier and I am not sure why you have not had the same experience. Could you please email us at hello@bubble-butt.co.uk and provide your feedback as I am concerned that your item may be incorrectly set-up or faulty.

Absoutely amazing products!! Highly reccomend them....Item arrived in good time & well packaged....absoutely love the dog shampoo gun.... it makes bathing so much easier and quicker and as a weekly bather, i will save so much time and shampoo...my dogs coat feels so much cleaner, i guess thats the trick, with the constant stream of clean water washing over, rather than the dirt sitting in the coat ....thank you so much....xo

Great and easy to use!
After waiting a while for the product to arrive - due to postal delays - I was waiting to use it on my dog. I had been holding off bathing her again hoping Bubble Butt would make the process easier and it certainly did! Even my husband who was sceptical was impressed. Smells lovely. Easy to put together and works a treat!! So glad I bought it.

I'm a dog groomer and a horse owner,I originally saw the horse one and thought it looked amazing and then saw it for dogs and had to have it!I was a bit dubious as the bathing procedure is extremely important to get the finished look your dog has to be clean!I' was not disappointed at all!it's great I love it!!saves time and energy and still have lovely clean pooches!would be great for home bathing too

Love the idea of this. Unfortunately I tried 3 of my showers and the connection did not fit on any of them! Followed the instructions but no troubleshooting attached. The connection is the same size as the hose bit you're supposed to connect it to.

Slight delay in receiving my order but was suitably informed -
Now it’s arrived I’ve used it and I think it’s amazing 🤩 - I’m a dog groomer and I think this will save may hands and arms a lot ! No more scrubbing the dogs - the bubble-butt does the hard work for me.

You were made aware via email that the item would be delayed and that we would dispatch as soon as our stock arrived with us. You were again sent an email by us on 21/12 at 5.10pm (after this review) updating and thanking you for your patience; stating that we anticipated the stock to arrive on the 22nd and we would dispatch it the same day (which it, and we, did). You responded to this email on 21/12 at 5.52pm thanking us for the quick response and update.
It is upsetting for us as small business owners who do everything we can to provide excellent customer service to receive negative reviews such as yours. Yes, it had not arrived with you on the date of this review (20/12) but you had already been informed on the 12th December that the item would be delayed until the 22nd and even then when we confirmed this on the 21st you still didn't see fit to amend or remove your review.
We understand the frustration of ordering something and having to wait a little longer than anticipated but we did everything within our power to keep you informed of progress and dispatch the item as quickly as we could. As far as receiving the item is concerned, the geo-tracking from Royal Mail shows that it was delivered to your address.
