This is a fraud! They to my money and have not replied any of my mails. I have reported them to the police for fraud.

Eventually they did send me a belt but declared to the customs the value of it was 469 GBP instead of 30. It would have costed me three times the belts value just to pay for the import so I had it sent back.

This company are a sham. They take the order and your money, then disappear. No response to emails, phone unanswered. Don't get caught. Paypal looking into my payment.

I am joining all the others to tell you I ordered a belt 4 weeks ago, and it’s nothing but crickets from this company. They had no problem charging me $45 the day I made the order, but a month on and three unanswered emails later I am completely in the dark. Screw these guys! Not acceptable.

This is the 2nd belt I ordered from them, and on both occasions I'm happy with the quality & appearance.

I've dropped a star in the review, because of their use of a 3rd party 'Shop' Order Tracking App that requires a download, and seeks to capture far too much personal information. I didn't load it in the end ...

As a result you have to hope the order is being processed, because for the 1st belt, they were indeed very poor at responding to email !

A web based order tracker instead, would make this a 5 star experience.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I chased my order after 10 days of silence and was told that they were following their process in accordance with their guidelines. …..?
I’ve chased them again today as the belt was ordered as a gift which is now going to be too late.
If you’re thinking of ordering - don’t!

The belt was not fit for purpose as the holes were too large to engage the prong of the Western buckle. Have sent 2 emails with order details and photos but no response. Wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews! Very disappointed as this was for my husbands birthday and, with the buckle too, was not cheap. Hopefully, if unlike me, you read the reviews you will not be conned.

After ordering I read some reviews and got a bit scared. However my belt arrived earlier than expected and the quality is great! Really love my new belt, will buy again

I recently ordered a belt and buckle from this company and then like many read the negative reviews. Fearing the worst and hoping for the best, I received my goods within a week and absolutely no issues at all. Maybe they have changed and in the past they weren’t so good. However, speaking from my own experience they have been first class. Thoroughly recommended

Sent a cheap Chinese knock off and not the right buckle than told monzo that the item wasn't returned. Complete cheat

Eventually received the two belts after 13 days which does seem a bit excessive. However, I have to say they are good quality and well made and my experience of quality leather belts tells me they will last at least 20 years.

Glad I received my belt before I saw the reviews. My experience is a positive one though, although it was slightly slow. The belt I received is of good quality and from my own experience I have little to complain about apart from the slightly slow turnaround.

great quality belt and good customer service from Jason. only thing is delivery time was slightly longer than expected but the evri tracking did show where the belt was on the delivery journey and show where the parcel was was left.

I saw their Insta ad and it looked like a good product. Ordering process was smooth, but after that nothing proceeds. What they say on their email and actual tracking doesn't match either. If I knew Trustpilot had a lot of review of this product, I could have saved my 39GBP.

Dont bother with these mickey mouse time wasters. Not only are they selling stock without it being in stock they also dont like to reply to emails. excuse given, "we cant find your email". 2 weeks wasted waiting for something they haven't got. Go elsewhere for customer service. Let's see how long I wait for my refund.

Ordered 24 May 24. They asked for size confirmation which was done by return, and then radio silence. No response to emails no phone number call, no delivery information. I wish I read trust pilot first and would have saved myself £75.
I would not use this company again and am now contacting my credit card provider to advise this looks like a scam.

I paid. No customer service, no tracking, no reply to emails or calls. It has been 2 weeks. Seems like a scam. I lost more than 300SR. Be aware!

This company takes payment and does not deliver the product. They do not respond to any emails and there is no phone contact number. We are going to talk to the police, the fraud department and advise HSBC of this company fraudulent activities. Hopefully this will stop other people be being ripped off

I ordered a belt in January to be delivered to the republic of Ireland, with a charge of €15 delivery (total rip off) I paid as the belt was reduced, upon confirmation of payment I saw the same belt advertised a lot cheaper so contacted them. I was asked for proof and sent them a screenshot of the offer. I received no response to that but then I was told id have to pay another €15 in customs charges! As I wasn't told about this I told customs to send it back to merchant as you can and I contacted them immediately.
I asked for a refund as I never received the product.and it was within the he 14 days return policy.
Upon repeated emails I have not had one reply, they take the money though.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

A bunch of criminals obviously in the right place ESSEX. Take the money but don't send the belt.
BEWARE!!!

When you chase up they just come back with useless excuses
Do not buy anything from this website!
