Delivery of item was quick and efficient. Unfortunately there was a fault with one of the items, but on contacting the supplier they have organised a replacement part which is anticipated delivered on the next working day. Can not fault this customer service

I’d ordered from Buller but had problems with the delivery company losing the parcel. I used the live chat on the Buller website and the issues were sorted out quickly and the replacement arrived the next day.

The sliding door rail we bought was a very good price and arrived well packed and with all the right bits. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I brought some brackets and unfortunately, had to return them. They were returned the next day after I received them, in the original packaging.
They would only respond to me by email.
The person who I emailed was called Rafael, who was rude and unhelpful and told me that they may charge me a handle fee. I had to pay for the delivery to receive this item and also had to return it by registered post. Once Buller had received the brackets, it still took them over a week for them to return my refund. When I emailed Rafael about my refund he said that refunds were only processed once a week with no apology. I was so out of pocket purchasing this item. I will never buy from Buller again.

Have only come out of isolation and this company is not willing to accept item that were shipped prior to lock-down. Self isolation only ended last week and have now found items not to be suitable as fitters only came last week.

Contacted Buller, explained situation and requested to return items and they have refused saying they cannot accept back due to length of time since we ordered. I would expect like other sellers they would extend return period like other sellers.

I would not recommend anyone buys from a company that is not willing to support customers during COVID19. Should also add the post sales customer services is both rude and not profession. Would not recommend anyone deals with companies that don't understand they need to adjust their business model in light of COVID 19.

11 Days and still nothing delivered. No info at all about delivery stage. Don't waste your time, find another supplier.

I ordered some pull out baskets which were delivered promptly. However when installing one was faulty. I notified Buller who asked for a picture. There was no contact from them and I am still waiting for a replacement 2 weeks on. They blame Hafele, their supplier. I contacted them and asked about the replacement. They said it has been dispatched but when asked for a tracking ref they said it was not available. So basically I am left with a faulty item, neither Buller or their supplier Haefle is interested. Next step will have to be the small claims court.

All in all a very disappointing experience with no customer care.

The purchasing experience on the Buller website was ok but post sales support on the telephone and email was not so good. I had to spend £200 on 2 full kits to get the spare parts I needed because they don’t stock spares. The guy I spoke to trode a fine line between arrogance and ignorance and saw no problem with this situation.

Paid £20 for next day deliver on a Friday but missed the word “working”. Buller pointed out the following “Our express service offers AM Next Working day delivery. I can see that goods were delivered first thing in the morning today.We do not offer weekend delivery” - well that is me told. Shame they weren’t that clear on the website.

Really expensive experience for a simple spare part and not made any better by the stone cold communications.

I ordered a bio-fire burner from this company on the 2nd October 18. Its now the 18th November 18 and I still havent recieved it. This is a warning to stay away from this company.

I ordered 2 kitchen carousels, when they arrived one was damaged, however as it was too big, I had to pay for both to be returned. The 2nd package was damaged on the return, so Buller wouldn't refund me. I claimed from Parcelbroker who told me the packaging was inadequate. So now I am stuck in the middle, no carousel, no money and both these companies could care less

I bought a sliding door mechanism from Bullerltd. The quality of the slider was very good, much better than the one I had before. But what sent me to this page to write a review is that I lost two small parts of the mechanism when I painted the door, I think I must have accidentally thrown them away when I swept up.

I explained this to the company and they very kindly sent me replacements, free of charge and first class. Excellent customer service.
