I'm now on my 16weeks pregnacy, and I must say it helps me a lot in sleeping during the night. Less pain in my back and dont have to be awake often to put support both stomach and back. I have been using it for 4 nights now.
I got the product 2weeks to be exactly from date of shipment.

Terrible product. The 90 days trial is a way to lure you in, as you then have to pay to return to China "in original packaging" which costs more than the pillow. Also, their site says refunds are only if not used. How do you trial it without using it?

Don't recommend at all. Get one off of Amazon instead or a vetted US small business.

Terrible product, didn’t help at all. When it arrived, it was flat and nothing like advertised. The 90 days free is a way to lure you in, as you then have to pay to return to China, which costs even more! Poor customer service and not happy at all with how my emails were handled and no acknowledgment of the fact that the product was not what I ordered, but still expected to send back and pay for postage. Wouldn’t recommend. Such a shame.

In response to your message below: There is no “cheap shipping option” I will still have to pay an extra £20 just to return, which is almost half of the cost of the product itself. So that isn’t something I am impressed with.

We have just received a Bupsy Maternity Pillow and full body attachment that I ordered a few weeks ago. The material is cheap and of a different design to the one shown on the website. There is no branding on the product. The safety and care labels are in Chinese. The cushion inserts are badly made, filled with standard cheap nylon cushion filling, and are not the same shape as the cases. Clearly we’ve bought a rubbish product after viewing the sensible looking website. Don’t buy a Bupsy pillow if you are reading reviews while choosing a maternity pillow, dreadful product at premium pricing. I paid via PayPal, I will contact them to enquire about grounds for return of funds. It looks flammable but I can’t read the safety instructions as they are exclusively in Chinese.

The delivery of the pillow took longer than stated, but the main problem is that the pillow looks different from the pictures on the website, it is made of cheap materials and even the information on the label is written in Chinese. The packaging did not include the Bupsy logo, instructions or certification. The idea of this form of cushion is great, but I didn't need an intermediary to get a pillow from aliexpress for twice the price.

This product has been a lifesaver for me, I hsve scoliosis so the back and hip pains started early on in the pregnancy and it was impossible to sleep. Ive now been using this pillow for a couple of months and I wont sleep without it. It provides good support, can be adjusted and its comfortable to use. The only negative thing I have to say is the shipping took longer than expected but when I reached out the customer service was great.

Delays, delays, delays. Don't believe the shipping times they quote online. If you want this pillow, be sure to order it in your first trimester. Ordered on 20 June and still no sign of my order. Not sure when it will arrive...it's been 3.5 weeks already with limited progress. Shipping stated 5-8 business days to my jurisdiction when I ordered, I would have expected their customer service to notify me of delay and accommodate cancelling of order if that was the case. I received nothing. It's a pregnancy pillow...slow delivery isn't acceptable given the duration of pregnancy itself. I emailed customer service who just told me to be patient and wait. I tried to cancel my order so I will just buy another alternative pillow as I'm now in my third trimester and sleeping is a lot more difficult, but they won't allow it and tell me it's on its way so just be patient. When supporting women through pregnancy discomfort is literally your selling point, you would think they would not leave women without the product for this long without some accommodations.

Day 40 update : Had to give an update since they have replied saying I haven’t purchased from their website when they’ve already delivered one set of pillow from the same order 🤦🏽‍♀️. First they asked me to remove this review— when that didn’t work, they are trying to claim purchase is fake (when purchase was also additionally validated by Trustpilot independently). There are a bunch of clowns handling the customer service department clearly.
To save yourselves the trouble, DO NOT buy from them and save your energy. Buy your pregnancy pillows from a reputed company and NOT BUPSY. They’re a SCAM.
All negative reviews are verified. Positive reviews are added by the scammers.

I bought my pillow on 6th June and still have not got it! Responded to my emails with "reasons" and told me it has been delivered by a currier that they have not told me they were using. Have not heard anything for over 1 week after countless follow up... Still waiting and baby is due in 1,5month..

Instead of acknowledge my experience here maybe someone can respond to my 6 follow up since I contacted you on the 28th June!

I placed my order last month and have heard nothing further. I have emailed the company asking when I can expect it to be dispatched (as I need it for sleeping with) and have not received a response.

The pillow is incredibly versatile and can be used in various positions for maximum comfort. It has greatly reduced my tossing and turning at night, allowing me to sleep peacefully. The quality is way over what I was expecting considering the price. Couldn't be happier!

I ordered a pillow that never arrived, and to emails they don't respond.
In the replay they wrote that they refunded the money, but that is not true. I didn’t receive the money back.

I order on website bupsy.co and I received email that my order confirmed. Number of order is 3189

The amount of pain and discomfort I was experiencing on top of the sleepless nights was horrible! But ever since I received my pillow my nights have been so much more restful with little to no hip pain!! This was a life saver and would definitely recommend to any expecting mama!

Nearly 2 months since ordering and still nothing no pillow and no communication. The tracking number I got was bogus. It didn't even leave China before it was 'sent back to sender'. Several unanswered emails later I have given up.

EDIT: after Bupsy responded to my review saying that they were surprised by my review because they had successfully refunded the money... I got in touch again because I have received no refund. I have cut and paste their reply below...

This is the only direct communication I have had from them and they flat-out lied in response to my review.

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW.. the reviews on their page are fabricated, I originally wrote my 1 ⭐️ review on their page and it was never posted. The photos attached to half the reviews are clearly advertisement photos and they claim to have a 4.9 star rating on this website which clearly from all the negative feedback is not true and NON of the positive reviews are verified, unlike all of the negative comments.
I found the pillow itself very hard to the point that it hurt my bump, I tried it the first night and had to take it out as it was that uncomfortable. It’s not that it doesn’t suit me because I have tried other Australian leading brands (which I should have brought instead) of similar designs and they were very comfortable and supportive without the discomfort. The “soft cotton” also feels cheap and a little scratchy, I got friend who is Chinese to translate the tag for me and the cover is lyocell fibre not cotton as they claim, with a polyester filling. Postage took much longer then 7-11 days that bupsy web site states, it took 21days in total (6th May- 27th may) and I also didn’t receive a tracking number until I requested it.
I was glad that they had a 90day money back guarantee, which is the main reason I made the purchase. I was unaware that postage back to China was going to exceed $100, which is more then what I paid for the pillow, I’m sure they are aware of this and that’s why they offer the money back guarantee. When I reached out to them about this issue they were rude and responded with “Do you think we know the price of the shipping back to our facility for all countries in the world?”, I think that’s a basic expectation of consumers.

COMPLETE SCAM! I made an order and was charged immediately. I received a confirmation email. More than one week has gone by and I haven’t received any update regarding my order, not a tracking number or anything. I have written emails and no answer. I have reached out via social media and nothing. Terrible experience. DO NOT BUY!!!

This pregnancy pillow is simply amazing!
It's the most comfortable and user-friendly pillow I have come across. I appreciate that it's not oversized and does not occupy a large portion of the bed. With its multiple configurations, I can easily support my body to sleep in the proper position without compromising my comfort. Even better, I can use it postpartum for breastfeeding and for extra back support. I can't wait to recommend it to all my pregnant friends!
