שלושה שבועות לוקח לכרית להגיע. הם טוענים שהם מאירופה והכרית תגיע לישראל תוך 7 ימים, בפועל עברו יותר מ20 והיא רק עכשיו.
החבילה מגיעה מסין, הם שיקרו לי שהיא נמצאת בבדיקה במכס בישראל, כשבפועל היא לא עזבה את סין עדיין. היות ויש לי כאבי גב חמורים ביקשתי לבטל את ההזמנה ולקבל את הכסף בחזרה כשי שאקנה כרית מחברה ישראלית עם משלוח זמין ומהיר, הם לא הסכימו. הם הפסיקו לענות לאימיילים ולא מגיבים.
תתרחקו כמו מאש, זה נראה כמו scam!

I am in love with my pillow! This is my third pregnancy and I previously used huge maternity pillows that took up my whole my whole bed. I am a petite person, so the smaller and adjustable pillow from Bupsy makes much more sense for me!

The shipping was a little slow but logistics are rarely controllable and I received my order in about 2.5 weeks. It came neatly packaged and in excellent shape.

The quality of the pillow is good. It was a little lumpy and bumpy but after 24-48 hours out of the packaging it had fully plumped up and is super comfortable. The cover is easy to remove or put on and washes easily. I recommend hanging to dry.

I would absolutely recommend Bupsy to anyone!

Very disappointed. I opted for this pillow over it's much cheaper competitors because the cover supposedly had cotton in it - now that it has arrived, surprisingly fast considering that it came all the way from Shanghai, I can tell it's 100% polyester. It was packaged in a thin sheet of plastic, there is no branding whatsoever, no booklet with instructions for care or anything else which would justify choosing it over any other no-name chinese product. The pillow itself doesn't look anything like the pictures either. Could've ordered anyting off amazon and saved a lot of money.

Edit: I contacted the suggested e-mail adress right away and still haven't heard back. Had a chinese friend translate the label - stuffing and cover are both 100% polyester. Scam, don't buy!

the order should have been wth me in maximum 10 days, i actually received it after a month.
they don't have any stock in Europe, when you order somethimg it's all shipped from China and take ages to get to you.
After a couple of week waiting for the delivery i asked to cancek the order, the reply i got is that they can't cancel order which are in transit and to get a refund you have to wait 45 days to give enough time to receive the order.
only 45 days after shipping and not receiving the order you are due for a refund.
Also if you are not happy abut the product and you want to send it back, you have to pay for redelivery in China which would cost you more than the pillow itself.

it's basically chinese company naking you thing they are in Europe and everytins is available in few days, when in realuty is a aort of scam.

stay away from them , you can order asimila product from some other reliable company which is actually based in Europe or UK with a proper customer service.

I forgot to metion that they basically igonre your email when you ask for upodates or info.

Product lijkt niks op wat geadverteerd is, en de reviews op de website zijn nog weer andere producten. Eenmaal ontvangen (een week later dan beloofd overigens), en niet blij? Jammer dan, want er staat wel dat het retourlabel wordt voorzien maar dat is stiekem toch niet zo. Je mag retourneren, naar China wat je €25 kost. Wil je dat niet, wordt je uitgemaakt voor dief. Zonde van je geld, duidelijk een Chinese oplichter. Trap er niet net als ik in!
