They don’t care about their employees ! Completed a burger king grant application and was denied 3 times by the program specialist talia Gonzalez and of course they are based out of Miami fl go figure gonna consider quitting ! Now and days these jobs are a joke ! Will work you like a slave but when an emergency come about they don’t help !

Hungry and very unhappy.

I am writing a bad review for this store not because of the staff working, however not a very energetic group. But our order was #80 on March 22, 2025 at 4:08 pm. The store is in Eustis, Fl. #1837. First the coke would not work and then no ice. But the meal was cold, bun burger COLD!! Fries were only warm. We were so dissapointed!! We work hard for our income and expect very good food especially at BurgerrKing!! It was not a good experience ,especially when you're very hungry. Please follow up on this complaint, Thank You.ALSO the BURGER was COLD!!

Bad Customer Service

Ordered the $5 Duo meal and thought I was getting a burger and chicken fries and then ordered a soda which I thought came with it. Apparently it did not so instead of telling me the soda was extra, the agent took off the chicken fries and gave me this huge soda that I would not have gotten if it did not come with it. To make matters worse, when I got just my burger and soda I did not want and no chicken fries, I asked where the chicken fries were. He said it came with two things and and I got the soda and burger. This was not made clear to me.... but OK maybe my mistake but when I told him it was not clear, his answer was "read the menu" No apology, I am sorry it was unclear, no empathy, just Read the menu! Poor customer service and poor communication which is the reason why I RARELY go there even though I work in the area! Totally disgusted how far this business has fallen!!

Please do not put trash or feminine products in our food... we had finished fries from one of your locations, we do not want to get sick because yall want to be careless and it's shameful that yall would put people's life at risk... extremely disappointed, I accept better. Thank you

Hello yes I have ordered from the Burger King app for like the last year but a couple weeks ago I spent $38.07 I did not receive any food nobody contacting me corporate telephone number is disconnected and they wanted to give me $15 for the food I didn't receive do not order food from the website if you going to order you need to go in they are ridiculous and they disrespectful and you can only talk to a computer I will never order from a Burger King website again is horrible they never did bring me my food I asked if they give me my food and my hand and they told me that the food was delivered so please be aware do not order off their website

BK app and online orders are a scam

Today I odered Breafast from BK and when I got there to pick it up, 20 mins waiting for humans at the menu - drove to window anyway - one person inside and they didnt know how to access mobile orders.
after 10 mins while they called someone - they came back and said we stopped breakfast 2 mins ago. This is not the first time and more often than not they are out of biscuits. Bk takes money in advance and has not simple refund issue - 2 hours to fix a fast food issue is absurd - charging for food not provided is thievery.

Bk Site Sucks

I don't need to tell people about bk I'm sure you already know about this food. My purpose of the review is for their online ap which completely sucks. All other places seem to get this right except bk. I used GPS to find closest bk to my house. Then I began driving there. When I was 2 blocks away their system placed the order at a location farther away and I didn't catch it. I then found out when I arrived. Now because the uneducated run that place they couldn't simply give me my order at the other location. I had to place a 2nd order. Their site sucks only, no assistance available and the crooks charged me for both orders. I even sent a complaint in advising them on how to change their screwed up system. I got ridiculous response about offering me 10 dollars. I said just change your system so it works and cancel the 2nd charge. They did nothing because they are lazy and incompetent so I now have to dispute the 2nd charge on my credit card. I don't like wasting time on matters this simple,especially when could be avoided had their system placed order at correct location. I GPS bk and there was one south of me 2 miles away and north if me 3 miles away. I began driving south. Why would their system place order at location which at that time, was 5 miles away,when there is one 2 blocks away!!! Their system sucks, the company sucks and of course the food sucks, which is why I rarely eat that junk!! Be careful using their site it's run by morons.

Senior discount or discounts for veterans

I got my order my food was right the staff working were great my food even tasted great, your one star rating is for the fact that you only give a senior discount on a small soda and you don't even give veterans discounts. Men and women that served in our country you don't serve a discount on their meal I'm ashamed actually I'm appalled. Burger King you need to do better. You better get with the times and look into all the other places that are giving senior discounts and veteran discounts.

Can't cash online cards or phone codes. Sometimes out of food. Arby's has no problem. After 50 years of out of food, out of change, 20 to 30minute wait in drive thru or walk in enough is enough! Don't waste your time!

I went to jacaal creek burger king…

I went to jacaal creek burger king around 21:00 found the cashier . I requested 2 whopper meals, I wanted to use the code on the app, she told me that she placed the one for R130, so it's either I pay with the cash or card then she will give me the R10 back since on the app it's R120. I did ask what about the code and she says she won't use it I have to pay using cash or card, I used card but never got the R10 back.... So I'm confused

Horrible customer service

Olympia WA on College St.

On multiple occasions I have walked in, only to be told to hold on and then they take a new drive thru order. I just turn around an walk out. That is garbage customer service. The prices are also horrible as is their "king" burger.

BK Gainesville - tasty / good value

BK Gainesville, VA - like BK as it has smaller Royal Crispy Wraps, other tasty choices, Onion rings, Coke Zero + other drinks. All are not found @ McDonalds and other fast food places.

Miserable customer service

Miserable customer service from 3 restaurants in 2 countries (US not included)

So get your international hq to reach me before I get too dissatisfied and telling the world how miserable your service and food is

By the way train burger king staff in Denmark about customer and teach burger king in allee center in Budapest Hungary that 20+ minutes waiting time = refund
The last refused to refund

Any explanation or is it burger kings new standard? For me no explaining is needed, especially on the one in Hungary because ive heard from multiple people from other countries that say its normal for burger king to forget about the 20 minute and known for absolutely no customer service

Asked for well done fries,ended up getting warm half soggy fries,asked for no cheese and get home and unwrap a plain burger,meat and bun! This is half the time I go there,just never said anything about it before!11&hoover, Warren Michigan.

App, Points and Gift Card Problems

I have been having problems with the Burger King app on my two Samsung tablets. I have sent many emails to them telling them of the problems. The latest problem was trying to use it at a local BK. I needed to use points before I lost them. I then saw that I have enough points for an Impossible Burger, which I requested. I was told by the clerk that I need to show the code. When I tried to get the code the app closes. I tried and then it asked for the code on my BK Gift Card. I then put it in on the app. Still no code to be found and the app kept closing. The manager then came and my husband and I explained the situation that we wanted to redeem the code for the Impossible Burger. I showed her the app when I chose the item, then again it closed. When I started I had $38.01 on the BK Gift Card, which it does show on the app on the tablet. But, when swiping the gift card, the card showed ZERO on it. That is not right that the app does not work and I am out $38.01 on the gift card. We Not only did NOT get the food, as I was hungry since I just got out of the hospital, We LOST out on using the points that showed 1160 points. The manager threw us out and told us never to come back. I kept telling Burger King of the app problems and now my gift card is showing $0 when I started it had a balance. I even sent a letter to BK explaining this and attached a copy of my receipt from my previous purchase when I used the gift card at that same restaurant, the balance is $38.01. Burger King WILL NOT REPLY to our needs or help us in any way.
I got a reply from Burger King with a special code that I need to use when ordering. Luckily that does work. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER OBTAIN A BURGER KING GIFT CARD!!!

Lazy workers but decent food

In Michigan Charlotte they drive through always takes at least 15 mins to get threw it and the food isn’t even fresh and hot like it should be and whenever I call up there no one answers the phone and all I wanted was to ask about my application I put in. Clearly I don’t wanna work there is they aren’t even doing there jobs right or fast enough
