Not happy where delivery was left!
Asked to be left with a neighbor because we would not be there, it was left on our doorstep! Pointless asking for alternative delivery places!!

When rang Courier they claimed had no record

We had a slight problem with a bag of food. Contacted customer service and was the issue was .sorted by the following day. We have been using Burns dog food for over 14 years and our dogs have been happy having it as their main source of food
