Great experience with Burns
Great experience with Burns. I needed low fat food for my sheltie and bought a box of fish, carrot and rice. I now have both my shelties on it, they love it and have clean plates always. There a really helpful website about which food would suit your pet. Price is good and delivery excellent. I heartily recommend Burns pet food, I have given it to my dogs for 20 years.

I have not received my parcel.
I have not received my parcel.
Ordered a week ago and also paid £5.00 for a delivery that keeps on being postponed day after day by APC couriers, the time of delivery also changes throughout the day. Totally unacceptable.
However I am changing from one star to 3 as in all fairness Burns has emailed me first thing this morning and they are keeping an eye on my delivery.

I have used Burns now for many years for both my adults and puppies .
