Today EE were very cooperative
Today EE were very cooperative, and after explaining an emergency situation, reduced call charges on our business account to France by 50% (didn't have time to put roaming package on)
This is not my usual experience with EE and I really think it depends on what person you get as to how helpful they are, Carol was very helpful, so thank you
