It would have been a 5 if EE didn't make it so difficult to speak to someone. When I eventually got to speak to Nadine she sorted out what I needed very efficiently and politely.

I’ve had issues with EE over the last…
I’ve had issues with EE over the last couple of years, as it seems harder to get my add-ons when I go abroad, and this year I have just got back to hefty bills. I was on the verge of leaving EE. I called Customer Services and luckily for EE a very helpful representative named Carol helped me with the problems and sorted it all out. She was very patient as it took some time to rectify the issues, especially with the roaming. EE can thank Carol for her excellent attitude and helpful service because due to her I have now upgraded my contract again.
