Business Class International Avis 

I contacted Flight scanner for the first time and received a phone call back from Amanda Britton a day or two later. From that phone call onwards, taking into account my fairly complex flight requirements/dates and all such matters, she made the process 100% seamless. She answered e mails and questions very swiftly either by e mail or in person on the phone. A more helpful individual a customer could not hope for. Since I shall be flying back to Bangkok at least twice per year, I shall without doubt be sticking with your company in future. You clearly choose carefully and then train your employees to a very high standard. Excellent and I look forward to booking again with you for another flight for early December. A marvellous experience all round. The only thing that might mar the flight is if turbulence is encountered on the way - but that is wholly out of your 'stewardship'! Many thanks.

Jack has been very helpful trying to find us flights that suited our budget. I tried two other companies at the same time. One did not reply and the other one was good but did not - in my opinion - put the same effort in as Jack. We were hoping for business class seats to Sydney during December but it turned out they were a bit more than we could afford. Rather than just give up on the big sale Jack found business class one way but that meant taking the children out of school so he tried again and got the dates we wanted in premium economy at a very competitive price which wasn't matched by any of the comparison websites. Jack made a couple of short phone calls to make sure we were on the same track and that gave me the confidence to go ahead and book. My first experience of an on line travel agent and I was very impressed. Nice work Jack.

So far so good. Amazing help from Jack on the flights. We have been trying to tie down our itinerary and he has been very patient. This is a big holiday so our confidence in the service from Business Class International is important and Jack has provided this to date. This is the second time I have had my flight back to my family in Aus. arranged by Richard Theodorou and I cannot speak more highly of the time he spent getting the best deal for me. My dear departed husband used to do all of this for me, With back knee problems and now in my eighties it is always an expensive thing especially as I want to fly Qantas ..I did try other firms not because not happy with my first one my family said shop around, but they not all that helpful said try another airline or can\'t help you with those dates, Richard was so VERY patient with me and my lack of computer skills .As my dates were flexible .he took the time to go over many options and I now have one within my budget and health permitting will use your firm again and hope Richard still there. Although he now has my booking l . he is still flowing up on a . possibly of limo for me He is fine young man and I recommend him in a world were the old are not always helped as they should be.

Would highly recommend Amanda and this company in two respects.
Firstly the whole thing was over and done with in one morning thanks to Amanda.
Secondly, there was a saving of £300 compared to another firm for exactly the same flight. Same date, same airline. Admittedly it means a less luxurious trip with a stop over but from my point of view as long as I can get horizontal (the old bones need it these days) and the overnight hotel is definitely five star I will take that.
