Renewal Fail
Oddly took my renewal then receive an email @6 weeks later saying they cannot renew for some "technical" reason they will not explain
Totally bizarre behaviour and a customer service fail
BTW it so easy to do direct and avoid the $60 upcharge these clowns charge

Not too Bad
Takes longer than stated, mine took a week. They also forget to mention that itś not $99 dollars. You have to pay for an ABN and you are only offered a 3 year registration. Total cost near $300.
Apart from that the forms are simple to fill in and the process is painless. Great new site

Service Very Easy to Use.
The service was very easy to use ... I had to register 3 business names all with special characters in the name, which required further review and approval ... this was conducted promptly and allowed me to progress without undue follow up.
