Great customer service and completed my order as purchased.

The service was nothing but appalling!!!
The first business name I wanted I didn't get as it sounded to similar to another business name. I was told this via email. They spelt my name wrong so I corrected it and done another search for my business name. It said it was available so I requested that name only to receive another email saying that that also was unavailable but not only that they spelt my name wrong again. Then I had a look on asic website and it was available and not only that it was only 39.90 for 1 yr and registered straight away. Business name charged me $99 for a yr so I asked for a refund. It took multiple emails and paypal to get involved before I received my money back in total almost a month. I would never recommend anyone to use this company and I'm defiantly not holding back on telling people about my experience with them.

I brought my business name 5 weeks ago.
I got an email, saying I should recieve documentation in 5 days.
5 weeks later...nothing.

It was an easy process and quick.

This is the second time our associated businesses have used this service. Both occasions, they provided fast, responsive results. They responded to queries in an extremely timely manner, and we obtained our requests successfully. It was a streamlined process, preferential to applying through the government agency. Highly recommended.

I lodged my application on Monday the 16th Feb, understanding I should receive my ABN within 15mins. I received the ABN on Thursday the 19th Feb. There was no information missing on my application as they never asked for anymore. My understanding is they didn't lodge my application with the ATO until Thursday. I should have just lodged it directly with the ATO myself and saved my money.

I also applied for a business name on the 16th, with the understanding it should take 3 business days. I didn't receive the business name until the 5th March. 2 weeks later.

My dealings with businessname.com.au have left me with the view that they are completely incompetent. I want my money back.

I found the web site very user friendly and I actually barely remember the experience because there were no hassles.

I like its fast way to make bussines name or rename business, but it doesn't come up in your ABN history.
Can you please tell me why it doesn't?

I had a problem enitially purchasing the business name where your website said there was a server error and took 3 payments which you have now repaid however I am still waiting on my business name to get processed, have you even sent the application through? Your asking me to review a product that I haven't heard back from you on, not good

This is an excellent service. I was always emailed to let me know what stage the application was up to.

We were sent the email to rate the service which we used some weeks ago. Realised last week we still hadn't received the Certificate of Registration. Apparently it was sent in an email.

The name of the business was incorrectly spelt and the place of birth for one of us was also incorrect. I asked how this could be fixed and was told, after almost half an hour of on and off waiting, that we would have to ring ASIC ourselves to rectify when the company states: We handle all the required government liaison for you. Apparently not.

Really bad service - no support, no apology. Chat girl [NAME] abruptly terminated the chat without asking if there were any other questions or anything else she could assist with.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS GROUP.

The address is wrong. Unsure who's fault that it, but still waiting for you guys to respond and fix it.

This company has poor understanding of corporations act.

BusinessName.com.au make it quick easy and safe to register a business name. I have registered 4 business with them and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Everything was done efficiently and on time

Businessname.com.au were able to complete my application within the timeframe that they had advertised however I did need to push for it to be completed in time.
