Terrible sales staff, didn’t help me when I said I had a different offer. They said they couldn’t even tell me exactly which bus I would be getting when they were massively different. Wouldn’t recommend unless you know exactly what you want and are sure of this. Will not be using them again… just wanted to get to prom.

Booked a bus for a stag do, cancelled a week before we were to go. Costing me hundreds to find a replacement. Avoid company

My experience with Bustout was disappointing. The company works mainly on a commission-based model and does not own its own vehicles; instead, they hire vehicles from local suppliers in the UK while managing bookings from Pakistan. Because they act as middlemen, their prices are significantly higher, often adding around 30–40% extra to the trip cost. The service also seemed unprofessional at times. I would recommend customers compare prices and consider booking directly with local suppliers instead of going through Bustout to avoid unnecessary extra charges.

Honest review of BusRoute:
I required a 30 seater coach for a single journey back from Cardiff for Loughborough Women’s Football Club. I enquired at afew different companies and was contacted straight away by Amy Isaac, who gave me a great quote for the coach. I paid the deposit and then the full payment 4 days before we required the transport. I was getting worried as I hadn’t heard anything about driver details but I was assured that I would hear the day before. I was contacted by a driver named Chris, 18 hours before the journey, confirming pick up details. I would definitely use this company again, although I would advise that the communication and clarification of the driver and trip details are sent sooner to avoid any stress. Thank you.

We hired a party bus for 16 peoples for my 40th birthday. Bluetootj music, disco lights and kareoke. Plus champayne, everything we could need. Communication before trip was brilliant, driver was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Truly enjoyed our trip and will definitely use again.
