James gave great customer service and we had several phone conversations about the estimate.
He always returned our calls in a timely manner.
We asked for a few days to think about the quote. After reviewing other companies, we decided that Buy a Warranty had the best plan for us, and James was really helpful.
We feel that overall, the plan we chose was best for us, but the customer service was brilliant.

I had a very positive experience regarding extended warranty . Ash miller was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. A massive thank you to Ash he was absolutely amazing on the phone explaining and taking his time answering all of my questions about the warranty making sure he didn't miss out a single detail. He went through every single component of the warranty in high detail on what is covered and what is not to make sure i don't have to worry about any issues in the future.
Because Ash was so helpful and amazing helping me do my car warranty me and my partner called him 5 minutes later so he can do my partners warranty too, which he went above and beyond for and had it done in minutes.
5* would absolutely recommend Ash to anyone who is looking for a car warranty !
