Upon receiving your claim, our team completed a thorough assessment and communicated a decision within 2 to 3 days. However, because we genuinely care about our customers' experience, we chose to reopen your case for a further 15 days. We wanted to allow every possible opportunity for new evidence or garage correspondence to be considered so that we could review your claim as fairly as possible.
While no further information was provided during this time to change the original technical decision, we felt it was important that you were not left out of pocket. We secured special approval for a full refund of your premium. Even though the policy was technically non-refundable at that stage, we believed it was the right thing to do.
Every customer deserves to be treated fairly, and that will always be our priority. A member of our team will be happy to reach out to you directly if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you.

The sales manager James was very helpful, very polite throughout the whole process. All I can say is that I can have peace of mind knowing my car is covered for another year. Everything is and was quite simple as all details can be viewed from the website. I chose buyawarranty as my previous provider Warranty direct couldn’t continue as my car reached the 12 yrs threshold. So had a look at Buyawarranty and they seemed to fit the bill. James gave great customer service and we had several phone conversations about the estimate.
He always returned our calls in a timely manner.
We asked for a few days to think about the quote. After reviewing other companies, we decided that Buy a Warranty had the best plan for us, and James was really helpful.
We feel that overall, the plan we chose was best for us, but the customer service was brilliant.
