I havent opened all of the cabinets…
I havent opened all of the cabinets yet, but they arrived in 5 days and I peeked insidr of one box and it seemed to be great quality. For the money, I think its going to be hard ti beat.

Order arrived yesterday 1 week ahead of…
Order arrived yesterday 1 week ahead of schedule. I opened one box to check the quality of the cabinet...I was impressed at the smooth finish.
The delivery service truck broke down so my order had to be reloaded into a smaller van. There was no visible damage to the boxes but hope that the contents are undamaged from the extra handling.

Beware... Deceptive website
Received my shipment and the cabinets were a different color that what was ordered. Called and they told me that dove white(what I (received) and steam white(what I ordered) are the same color. Additionally, on the order, some were manufactured in Vietnam and some in Mexico. I was told this was industry standard.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. As discussed on the phone with you - the cabinet manufacturers and stores are using different cabinet names. That is standard practice in our industry. All cabinet lines on our website and the websites of most of our competitors are named differently, although they are sourced from the same places. However, we also mentioned that the cabinets would not have any color representation differences even though they were manufactured in different countries. They are painted using the same paint, not depending on the country of production following industry standards. Let us know if you have any questions.
Website is very easy to use
Website is very easy to use, only hard part is deciding which cabinet line to go with. We are still designing after ordering 9 sample doors. Hope to order kitchen this week. Thanks, Tom & Jan

Very happy with the cabinets that I…
Very happy with the cabinets that I purchased for a kitchen island. However, a few days after I purchased I received an invoice for several hundred dollars for additional materials and freight charges that I didn’t order. Customer service said that these were required parts to complete the island. While yes they may be, I didn’t like them pushing a piece of plywood for $300 on me for twice the size needed without my consent.

Delivery process is terrible
Delivery process is terrible. Received email 8/9 stating that cabinets were shipped. It is now 8/22 and still have not received cabinets. Tracking says that items estimated delivery date was 8/13.
Update to Cabinetsbay: I had no issue with your customer service in correcting my misorder of the cabinets. The issue is with the delivery process. You hire the shipping company therefore the buck stop with you. As a remodeler, when I hire subs for certain parts of my jobs and they mess up I take responsibility. The customer does not want to hear from me that it wasn't my fault, but the sub I hired.

As of 10/14/2021, the person who left this review was fired by the customer. The customer returned the whole order due to the numerous mistakes in the sizes that Steven caused. At this point, we cannot consider this feedback as relevant.
Original response - 08/23/2021: Hello. Thank you for your feedback. As we can see, we provided tracking information to you on 08/11 and did not receive any requests from you further. We understand your frustration, and we apologize for the poor service on behalf of UPS (T-Force). Unfortunately, the delivery process is not fully under our control. As we can see by your tracking - there were 3 "incidents" on the side of UPS that caused delays with delivery. The shipment is currently located at the service center in Nanuet, NY. We served all your previous requests promptly and professionally. Besides, our manager waived the restocking fees for the assembled cabinets you decided to change. Therefore, we believe we deserve a slightly better rating in this case. The warehouse manager contacted the shipping carrier to check the status of your shipment. We will get back to you with updates shortly. Let us know if you have any questions.

Nice people to work with - color samples were sent to us expediently. We made our choices and today submitted our order! The process of making all the calculations and decisions was difficult for me, but helped by your helpful website and designer assistance. We are excitedly looking forward to receiving our cabinets! :))

Damaged in shipment and I got wrong color on cabinets. Company can not give me the color code at sherwin Williams so I can paint other stuff to match and touchup

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. It does not seem that we missed any of your requests. You have placed a small order with us on 07/23. It has been delivered to you within an advertised period of time. Besides, we sent you an e-mail on 7/28 that Sherwin Williams may have a stock issue with the stain you are trying to obtain from them. Therefore, the cabinet manufacturer would recommend going to a Sherwin Williams' Performance Coating Group (PCG) facility that is better equipped for stain matching. Do not forget to bring the actual stained cabinet part and piece of wood you are planning to stain with you. We did not receive any updates from you since the latest e-mail. As for the damages or incorrect color - we also did not get any complaints from you. However, we are ready to help you. We sent you an e-mail request with the information we need to obtain in order to process the claim. Let us know if you have any questions.

End Cabinet Shelf
When I went to put the shelf together the pre drilled holes on the shelf’s did not match up with the holes on the piece that attached to the cabinet. I had to drill new holes in order to make them fit. I could have called and voiced my issues but you would not have wanted to hear that. I was very frustrated .. Thanks
