Cabinets Bay LLC Avis 

As a former retail kitchen store owner, I was hesitant to trust the RTA world. After issues with cabinet suppliers I decided to take a chance on a couple of water damage jobs to complete with RTA cabinets. I couldn’t be happier and I would recommend them to anyone. This is the first time I ordered cabinets online and I couldn’t be more pleased when they arrived. Everything went really smooth from the point of ordering to the delivery. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of these cabinets, from the dovetail structured drawers to the heavy drawer glides right down to the paint finish. These cabinets truly feel like they will stand the test of time unlike my old cabinets!

I can only give them 5 stars? They should get 10. These cabinets are good high quality nice solid wood, good finish, dove tail joints on draws, heavy duty draw guides and easy to assemble. Make sure you have plenty of clamps to speed the process. Customer service is also good as I had one door with a minor defect in the finish and they immediately sent me a replacement. Im never buying big box store cabinets again. They run their company like I try to run mine.

Customer service is outstanding and promptly respond to questions and issues. Cabinets are beautiful. Only complain is the drawer depth is not very deep. Wish they were another 1 inch deeper. Other than that I highly recommend these cabinets.

Cabinets Bay is the best! I had ordered from another company they told me 4 to 6 weeks before order would go in. I started looking around and I found cabinets bay, thank goodness, ordered and cabinets were here the next week, delivered to my front door. And I saved $1200.00 for the same cabinets. What a deal! Cabinets are good quality but we were missing a few brackets and had to make a few to finish the assembly. Direction are a little vague but lucky for us We knew how to do it. Someone who isn't so experienced would have triuble with those directions.

I have purchased other RTA cabinets online from other online stores and this is the best price, shipping time, and customer service I have ever received. I purchased the RTA Regal Blue Shaker cabinets and am in LOVE. The color is a great shade of navy blue, exactly what I wanted (not too dark). I paired with rubbed gold-tone hardware and it is stunning. I will definitely be a returning customer as well as refer family and friends.

Compared several RTA companies before making a purchase. Cabinet's Bay selection was good and they offered competitive pricing. Ordering was simple cabinets were in stock and shipped in a timely manner.
Haven't assembled the cabinets yet but from what I see the quality is very good

Working with CabinetsBay at was an awesome experience. Ordered them on a Thursday and they were delivered the following Thursday. One small shipping incident was handled quickly and met expectations. The RTA cabinets from first appearance are of outstanding quality. We are looking forward to the building them since everything looks to fit perfectly. Can't wait for my upgraded kitchen!

I am considering purchasing some new cabinets from Cabinets Bay LLC so before placing a large order I wanted to order a sample just to be safe. The sample came super fast and the quality is far better than what I expected for a "sample". I am very impressed so far.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Cabinets Bay. I ordered the RTA Leeds Grey cabinets and they arrived within two weeks. Prior to placing the order, I worked with Alex on the design and he was great. I made a couple of changes, even after the order was placed, and they made sure the correct items were shipped.

This company is very helpful and efficient, I changed my order several times, and they were great to work with. Placed my order yesterday with them, can't wait to receive my new kitchen cabinets.

The cabinets are great. Very solid and well made. Shipping was easy. It took about 3 weeks to get them, which is certainly acceptable.

Excellent customer service...I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of one cabinet which cost me...(measure and double check your order) but they were very expedient about getting the right cabinet sent out ......
Cabinets look great...didn’t like there fasteners...round heads, tuff to work with....went to Lowe’s and got #6, 1/2” with flatter head...was much easier to work with

We are a small vacation rental property company, but we have been looking at Ready To Assemble Cabinet companies for some time. We have already purchased from three different suppliers. Cabinetsbay had one of the best selections and while we have not yet received the order, the description indicates that they are some of the better made RTA cabinets on the market. We found their prices very competitive (approximately $2,000 less for the same kitchen). There online chat was extremely responsive and helpful in getting the right cabinets ordered. They were able find and ship all the cabinets we ordered which seems to be rare with Covid-19. Very responsive company.

I have received my cabinets and am extremely pleased with my choice. The style and color were exactly what I was looking for, and the fact that Cabinets Bay had them, along with so many other choices, when their competitors did not, helps set them apart! In addition, they were on point with an issue I had due to the carrier, by replacing parts in a very timely, and no nonsense manner!!! I would strongly recommend Cabinets Bay for everyone's cabinet needs!!!
