Great Customer Service
This is the second pair of glasses I have purchased from this site. The newest pair were a frameless style, but but the lenses would pop out now and then. When I contacted customer service, they asked me a couple of questions and said that they would send me a new pair with any style frame I wanted. A quality product at half the price of many optical shops, and great customer service.

I was impressed by the care taken to ensure my prescription was correct. I must have made a mistake measuring interpupillary distance, which led to emails and suggestions for getting a better measurement. It is easy to imagine another vendor simply producing what I requested, without bothering to question the measurements.

Don't buy from this company. They refused to issued a refund on an inferior sports glasses and I had to file a dispute on my credit card (visa). They do the whole delay thing tp get you to give in and take your money.... bad customer service

I highly recommend caglasses.com. The ordering process with this company is simple and straightforward. I ordered prescription safety glasses- progressive lenses that also transition. I received the order promptly and the glasses fit great, I loved the frames and it was exceptional quality. However, there was a slight distortion, despite the correct prescription. I contacted the company and explained the problem. I was past the policy deadline for remaking the glasses for free. I explained to the service representative that I had been dealing with serious family illness and a close death in the family. The sales representative was extremely kind and compassionate and offered to speak with their manager to see if an exception was possible. The company made an exception due to the circumstances. I received a second pair of glasses for no additional cost that are perfect. The representative was kind enough to find frames that would be a better fit for me and sent them to me directly. The representative was always quick to reply, answer my questions and meet my needs. Truely, this type of service is a rare gem. I couldn’t ask for a better pair of glasses. And the service is truly second to none.

Worst Experience Ever
I ordered glass in November of 25. After two failed tries (with very poor excuses as to why they were failing) - which included extorting a 5 star review from me and forcing me to pay shipping I gave up and demanded a full refund. I have been promised one - but CAGlasses has not done so as of April of 26. Save yourself agony and avoid this company at all costs. Sent to me by Bria on 2/6/26: "Hi Bruce,
I apologize for the delay in my response—I was awaiting an update from management. I’m pleased to inform you that your refund request has been approved, and you may keep your current pair of glasses. There is no need to send them back.
Please allow a few more days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 14–21 days to process." I have no RMA and was never requested to send the glasses back. Still less than one star. Avoid this company.
UPDATE: After months of effort CAGlasses has refunded my original order, ignoring the promise to refund the shipping I paid for the second pair of defective glasses (again - I was semi extorted in the process). They seem to mean well, but are the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. I stick with my "avoid this company" recommendation.

Don't order ski googles from caglasses.com
Ordered prescription ski goggles and never got them. After waiting for a month I called their customer service, they told me the goggles were almost done, they were at the testing phase and would be shipped soon. 2 weeks after, I was still waiting and tried to call customer service again for multiple times, but wasn't able to speak to someone anymore. I tried emailing them and leaving messages, they never responded. About 3 months after placing my order, I saw that I got a full refund on my credit card, without any explanation. I didn't even get an email saying that they canceled my order. I'm glad they refunded me, but I wasted about 3 months waiting for my order, for nothing. Don't waste your time with that company.

Anyway, your customer service, if any good, has the records of the cancelled order - why ask me?
And for your information, my first contact was requesting a remake because I like the frame. I wasn’t looking for warranty or a freebie. I was then told the product is discontinued even though it was still on your website and available to order.
I’ll send an email to customer service with the new prescription and frame info tomorrow to be sure there’s no mix up.

As previously explained, your glasses were already outside the warranty period when you contacted us. Despite this, we still offered a complimentary remake as a courtesy.
Please note that a courtesy remake applies to the original order specifications. A new prescription and a different frame style would be considered a new order. Our customer service team will review the information you sent and respond to you directly.
Sent me “safety glasses” with lenses…
Sent me “safety glasses” with lenses that shattered into bits on the mildest impact. The shards were sharp. Thank heavens I wasn’t wearing them when they shattered. The glasses took 2.5 months to arrive. Every time I inquired about where the glasses were they lied with a new contradictory story. Oh, they offered me a discount if I reviewed them here with 5 stars. Beware of this vendor.

1st contact: Dec 12 2025 -stated eyeglasses way too large and wanted return for refund.
Resolution: offered FREE REMAKE. keep the original pair no need to return.

Feb 17 2026: we received report stating glasses arrived in bad shape.
Resolution: Free remake with recommendation to switch to full rim frame .
Offer declined, insisted on a refund.
RESOLUTION : We are more than happy to make a new pair to meet full customer satisfaction.
We take safety concerns extremely seriously, so we were very concerned to read your review.
Our lenses are impact-tested and designed for durability under normal use. We have not received similar reports of lenses “shattering into bits,” but we would absolutely like to investigate this matter further. If the product was damaged during shipping or subjected to abnormal impact, we would need to assess the item directly to determine what occurred. Please contact us so we can properly review this and offer a resolution.
Regarding shipping time, we process orders in production batches on a first-come, first-served basis. During high-volume periods, this can extend processing times beyond standard estimates. We understand waiting 2.5 months is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced.
As for the review incentive claim, we want to clarify that we do not require or condition service on positive reviews. From time to time, we may offer courtesy discounts as part of customer service resolutions, but these are never contingent upon leaving a 5-star review.
We remain committed to transparency, product safety, and resolving concerns directly with our customers.

They think that I feel they asked for the review. It wont let me upload a screenshot of it. It is exactly what was asked for. The exact wording was: "Once you’ve posted your review, please send us a screenshot or a link, and I’ll make sure it gets to the lab, so we can start processing the new pair. Please also verify which shipping method you prefer for the new pair, we have USPS for $19.99 and UPS for $39.95."
That certainly sounds like it was required. Next time dont put it in writing

Regarding the review, it was not required in order to receive the remake. The replacement had already been approved as a courtesy, and we simply invited you to share your experience if you wished. We never require or condition service on a 5-star review.

This is a five star review for CA glasses. I have purchased three pair of prescription safety glasses over the last couple of years, for various purposes, and have been very very pleased. All the glasses are well made, lightweight, and the prescription is perfect. As I mentioned, I’ve been using these glasses for quite a while now and they’ve held up. great I highly recommend their safety glasses for anyone who needs prescription safety glasses.
