À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
Established in 2006, CA Glasses was born as an alternative for people looking for high quality prescription sports and safety glasses. We develop high quality, ANSI and FDA complied frames and lenses for our consumers, and sell them at prices everyone can afford. CAGlasses is a company with a passion for the eye. Whether you are looking for safety glasses for work, sports glasses for passion or eyeglasses for fashion, buying them in our store is extremely easy and enjoyable. We strive to meet every needs of our customers and leave everyone looking great and happy. Interestingly, our desire for high quality lenses led us to establish an optical lab that make not only high standard optical lenses and but eventually allow us to make medical grade products for doctors and dentists. We are excited about what the future brings and open-minded about finding new technologies to meet our client's future needs.

Avoid like a plague
Avoid like a plague! They will scam you out of your money and gaslight you in the process. They are not UK company. When asked about delivery they will tell you for a mouth that glasses are being made and then all of a sudden lose your order. I made my order in October and I am still asking them to return my money. It's a outright scam!!! Oh and also they have another website called EyewearUK and also go as Schultz Optical.
I'll make sure to update this post with time. Companies like that should be made obsolete.
Edit: caglasses does sell abroad including UK market.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. This is not the service standard we aim to provide.
To clarify, CA Glasses does operate internationally and serves customers in the UK market. We do not intentionally mislead customers, and we sincerely regret any delays or confusion surrounding your order and refund request. Prescription eyewear is custom-made, but that should never result in an unresolved or lost order.
We would like the opportunity to investigate this matter properly and bring it to a resolution. Please reach out to our customer support team directly with your order number so we can review the status and assist with your refund as soon as possible.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and customer experience.

Perfect Fit, Great Protection, and Fantastic Support
I’m really happy with my prescription sports glasses from CA Glasses. They protect my eyes far better than regular glasses, fit comfortably, and don’t slip when I move. I have a strong prescription and had some trouble adjusting to the wrap effect, but CA Glasses was incredibly fair — they immediately offered to remake the pair at no cost in a frame better suited to my prescription. Great customer service and very safe, high-quality glasses!

I ordered prescription safety glasses for the first time and had trouble with the progressive lenses. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly and professionally. Bria helped me remake the glasses in single-vision reading lenses and even offered to process the new pair without requiring a return.
This kind of support is rare—fast, friendly, and very customer-focused. I really appreciate the hassle-free experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely shop here again!

When my glasses arrived
When my glasses arrived, Kelly called within 15 minutes of me opening the package. They weren’t quite right so I called her back to ask about getting them fixed. She was so understanding and friendly. She’s taken care of everything to replace them with another pair. I’ve truly appreciated the concierge service she’s provided me.

Love my glasses and amazing customer service
I shopped around various online prescription glasses sites and was frustrated by the experience and hidden costs. Then I found CA Glasses and I'm so glad I did! It was super easy to order, and I absolutely love my new prescription sunglasses! They fit perfectly and the prescription is exact. I also ordered prescription sports glasses for my son and they had a great selection for that. They live up to their word of a 30-day fit guarantee, too, so there's no worry in ordering and having something that doesn't fit right. Their customer service was super helpful and quick to assist. I will definitely order from Ca Glasses again! There's nothing to lose and you pay a lot less than going to an optical store!
