I bought the SRAM Eagle 90 DUB 12 Spd…
I bought the SRAM Eagle 90 DUB 12 Spd Groupset online. The box was clearly opened before I received it and the shifter cable was completely mangled inside the shifter. Missed a few weekend rides due to the issue. Monday they changed the cable out but still doesn’t explain how it got mangled in the first place.

While we are glad our team was able to swap the cable for you on Monday, we understand that doesn't excuse the initial condition of the groupset. We are investigating this internally with our warehouse and shipping teams to determine if this was a transit issue or a handling error, as we pride ourselves on shipping only factory-fresh, pristine components.

Great price
Great price, easy ordering. But it took a solid 12 days to get here. Tracking for the first week did not show any movement. All other parts I ordered afterward all came in before the bike. Hind side, maybe an email or something would’ve been nice.

VAAST Magnesium Bike was a good buy!
The VAAST R/1 Mag bike I ordered arrived in good condition and when promised. Fit and finish on this bike is outstanding. The setup was awesome right out of the box - no adjustments were needed for brakes or shifters. That's a rarity!
