I don't shop at Cambria exclusively. But, I've never had a bad experience shopping with Cambria. What I order is usually the best available price & it arrives promptly. What else needs to be said?

I figure Cambria bike is geographically the same distance from me as Jenson.
Jenson orders get to me consistently faster. Your order fulfillment dept is slow.

My handlebars were shipped out just a few hours after placing the order. Great service! UPS lost my item but found it a few days later and delivered. Bars were packaged well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CBO. Tried to support a local business instead of a big corporate company and got slapped for it. I placed an Amazon order with these people over 5 days ago, it hasn't shipped, and I can't reach anyone there for an update. Tried calling, emailing, even through Amazon support. Called their SLO location and the guy there basically said they're overloaded with work and he couldn't do anything to help -- a lame excuse for a poorly run business.
