Duncan is open and friendly
Duncan is open and friendly. The showrooms are easy to navigate, the pianos on offer are good quality. I've been a customer of theirs for more than 10 years - maybe double that.

I wanted to share my excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned Schimmel K122E from Iain, Duncan and the team. An efficient and safe delivery to East London. Brilliant service, knowledge of the instrument, attention to detail and communication—I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Very helpful with bereavement

Marvellous help from Duncan. We were able to choose a piano with all the digital features and my granddaughter fell in love with the piano immediately! The piano was delivered the next day in time for Christmas!
