Very friendly and knowledgeable delivery team. They moved my piano in a professional manner and took the time to talk me through the process (which I did learn a lot from). We’ve purchased two pianos from this Company which they have maintained since our first purchase 23 years ago. You would have to seek long and very hard to find a company that matches their professionalism, knowledge, understanding and caring. They have just repaired our newest purchase, something I believe that the manufacturer should have taken responsibility for; nevertheless, they shouldered the substantial cost of repairing and restoring it to a fantastic instrument.
