Tuning excellent, organisation excellent
I phoned from Edinburgh to get my son's piano in in Cambridge tuned and with the bill then coming to me. All this worked incredibly smoothly and whilst the actual piano tuning is probably the most important consideration, the smooth and efficient way my request was handled mattered a lot. I was then able to hear my son play the newly tuned piano and I'm happy to report it sounded excellent and a vast improvement on its previous state.

The piano tuner came on time and was…
The piano tuner came on time and was very friendly, explaining all the problems and good points of the piano as he tuned it. There had been quite a long gap of several years since the last tuning and the piano was about 100 years old, but it now sounds much better and is a pleasure to play. It may need some repairs in the future but that is for another time.
