Dan is a credit to CamperUK! After going to two big motorhome sellers, we had started to lose faith in finding the right motorhome for us. However, once we stepped into the showroom this completely changed! Dan is brilliant, any questions of queries we had regarding our motorhome was never too much of an ask. The customer service was absolutely spot on and Dan made the entire process as smooth as possible. Even when I came to picking ours up, they went above and beyond to make our home in a brand new condition. Aaron who did our hand over was an absolute star, and made sure we were fully happy with everything before we drove it off the forecourt.

Camper UK are Excellent
We have used Camper UK for our regular damp checks and an insurance claim on our previous motorhome and have always been very happy with their service. It is a long 500 mile round trip to get to Lincoln for us but well worth the effort. Buying a new Malibu from Camper UK was a new experience for us and I must say it did not disappoint. Richard Sinclair the sales exec looked after us in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner and we were very pleased with service he provided. Well done Richard and Camper Uk! We would not hesitate to use Camper UK again.

Expectations met
I was greeted by Karl on my arrival despite it being earlier than my expected arrival , I expressed my frustration at being asked to arrive early but on previous visits having to wait until late in the afternoon before the work was completed. Karl informed me he was new to the position and planned to get pre planned work done in a timely manner and if today’s experience is any indicator then he’s certainly exceeded my expectations. I do appreciate that service planning can be difficult when emergency jobs appear unexpectedly.
I have always found all the staff helpful and friendly .

Excellent Customer Experience
Engine went into Limp mode on our way on holiday and was taken by Recovey to CamperUK whilst we returned home. From receipt of the vehicle through to its repair and collection the communications by CamperUK was first class explaining what they were going to do and when. They also provided updates and rang to say the van was ready to collect. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending CamperUK - 5 star service

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, Luke at the service desk described well what would be done and didn't over promise, but told us as it was, the lad that did the work ( sorry I forgot his name)was extremely helpful and honest about what could be done, and what would need to be checked with burstner, so overall I am very pleased with the visit
