Dan was excellent and informative.
Dan was excellent and sorted out a few issues for us.
He's the first salsman we trust as other company's are less than truthful.
As with a lot of company's it's not a teething issues that's the problem it's how it's sorted out.

This Carthago C Tourer .
This Carthago c tourer is the 3rd motorhome we have purchased from Camper UK. I'm not going to say there hasn't been problems come up but I will say that the staff ( Dan mainly who we dealt with) were very good at sorting any issues. They all make you feel very welcome whilst visiting the showroom. We would highly recommend Camper UK to anyone looking at buying a motorhome.

Had my motorhome in for warranty…
Had my motorhome in for warranty repairs and all I can say it was a fantastic experience. Luke was committed and professional in coordinating the works and went above and beyond in making sure the motorhome was ready in the time given. Dan (fitter) well what can I say; his workmanship was fantastic and his attention to detail was second to none. What i really liked was he went through all the processes with me before the work started and helped put my mind at ease. Thankyou Camper UK for an excellent job. ***** (five stars from me)

I have to say that Alex in the parts department has shown me exemplary customer service.
I wanted air conditioning supplied and fitted it was not easy , Alex phoned me back when he said he would chased up Truma and always came back to me with an update as he received it. Thank you Alex for your service and excellent service. Len Breakwell

This is third time I've used to Camper for both parts and fitting. And to be honest I would not use any other dealer
Customer relations are second to none. Staff very knowledgeable and more than helpful.

Amazing staff and thank god they stocked my item
Staff at Camper UK are first class. I had a terrible start to the day, smashed my overhead cab roof window. We all know how expensive these are, but they are also hard to find for a 9 year old Burstner. Not only did Camper UK stock the window, but the young man who assisted me helped to match the correct one then took genuine time with me at the counter to check against my smashed one and advise regards transferring some components. Really pleasant, engaging and genuinely interested young man who really impressed me. Massive thanks to him and the company for saving the day 😁

My local Burstner dealer was very unhelpful and incompetent. I contacted Camper Uk for advice and Connor took my call. He collected all the necessary information from me and set the ball rolling. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable regarding the issue I was having.
Today the part I required arrived with me. What a service. Gold Star.

Recent Damp repair
Thanks to camper uk on the recent excellent work on a damp repair.
Motorhome recently presented for its annual habitation and damp service to be told we had high readings around three of the windows that would need investigating. As it was its first check and the motorhome having a 10 year warranty on damp a bit of a shock.
Thanks to Dean for the reassurance it would be sorted and to Conner on warranty for keeping us informed with pictures and back up phone calls.
On visiting site to look at extent of the damp with further reassurance from repairer Dan Simpson that although we had damp it was not as bad as the readings suggested. He took the time to explain the repair process, you do worry when 3 windows and part of a panel are removed. Anyway work was completed and credit goes to Dan as there is no sign of any work he carried out which you worry about when windows and a part panel removed a sign of first class work

We have been to the event many times…
We have been to the event many times over the past five years and always enjoyed the weekend. John and Kelly, the site managers are fantastic hosts , always making us feel welcome when we camp up . The site is always clean and tidy , it’s a perfect spot for walking and cycling . We have made some lovely friends and meet up at the camper uk weekends with them to enjoy dancing and laughs. The entertainment is usually of a very good standard. Tina turner and shania Twain were both fantastic at this event . We look forward to the autumn get together and have reserved a place already . Thanks for all the hard work your team put in , we really do appreciate it . 😊ps Neil says you need to put the prices up on drinks in the marquee x
