Photo looks great and the canvas is the real deal. I will happily order from this company again.

Falsely advertised that it would be here by Christmas if you ordered it by December 14th but then on their website it says their policy is to have it shipped within one day. Got no communication so I started complaining. And just got the runaround. Very disappointing that they would advertise then not deliver and ruin my Christmas surprise gift. I saw on previous reviews that they tried to upsell the makeup for their screw up and make you pay for express delivery since the can't provide the service they say they can. These reviews should be posted on Google to save other people the heartache of dealing with this company

If I could give them ZERO stars I would- I ordered on December 4th, received an email from a "Dennis" stating 7-10 business days though their website says half the time for standard delivery. I guess it doesn't matter given other reviews say if you pay for next day service they STILL get no quality products. Nice leverage made in the USA...don't let people have a voice by saying you are not answering phone calls...KEEP advertising 93% off even now knowing you cannot fulfill.
You should be ashamed of yourself to take advantage of peoples memories as a gift through canvas prints and not even trying to talk to them about why you cannot meet your commitment.
We all have problems, yours is as a business owner-not being transparent with those who trusted you.

My grandmother placed an order in hopes it would be delivered in time for her great grandson's 18th birthday.

SOmething arrived. Something she didn't order. The receipt inside the box shows they put the wrong shipping label on the box.

Thus far, there have been multiple emails, social media contact attempted and a phone call made. No response outside of a form email the first day stating they'd get back to us.

Looking over other people's complaints, apparently customer service is non-existent. I don't post complaints when someone makes an effort to work with customers on issues. When you don't bother, I show up. I don't go away until the issue is corrected, or there's no company left to contact.

First. It took almost 2 months to receive my order. Second it was AWFUL! The color of the photo was soooo distorted! We were orange! We were not orange in the original professional photo! Will NOT be ordering again

I never received my prints. When I tried to log in my email was not on file. When I was finally able to talk to a human they had no record of my order/purchase. A total sham company.

Waited a month for my print, had dates pushed out 3x. I finally cancelled and got one from another company. Do not recommend.

Awful company! Not only did it take an obscene amount of time to receive my canvas print but it was extremely bad color quality. As a professional pet photographer I sure was hoping to find a reasonably priced but great quality canvas company. This is not the one! I emailed them about my dissatisfaction with the product heard nothing back. It's been over 6 weeks. They answered my first email asking why the product had not been shipped yet, just fed me some hoo hah about getting a new printer so orders were backed up. Mmmk. Canvas pop is more expensive but fantastic quality and delivers when promised try them instead

I ordered from them three weeks ago and never received an email confirmation. My product was paid for but they will not get back with me about my order. Terrible customer service. At this rate I just want my money back but no answer from them so I will be contacting the BBB.

Stay well away from this terrible company. It has been 3 weeks and my order still hasn't been completed or shipped. Their support is non-responsive. About to report them to American Express. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BUMS.

Really bad service... Please do not use This company. They say its next day delivery but haven't displaced the order even after 5 days...
