It's been 8 weeks since I ordered…

It's been 8 weeks since I ordered uniforms for my child and there is no progress, they have a terrible service and I don't know how much longer I will wait. It is not clear when the things we paid for will arrive. I placed my order on July 7, 2025. It was promised to be shipped within 5 weeks.
Today is September 9, 2025. We are in the 9th week. They deceive the customer until they receive the order and then do not send it or send it late

Awesome quality and super comfortable too!

It started with one pair of Capelli yoga pants/leggings and I can never go back. I now have workout shirts, multiple workout leggings, jackets, and a sports bra. Their size charts are accurate and the quality of their clothing is amazing + super comfortable!

Do Not Waste Your Money – This Company Is a Joke

I placed an order for my son’s uniform with Capelli Sports on June 12, 2025. It was supposed to arrive in 5 weeks. Well, here we are 11 weeks later and guess what? Still nothing.

I’ve sent email after email, and the response is either nonexistent or completely useless. They take your money instantly but apparently can’t be bothered to ship the product you paid for. The lack of professionalism is astounding.

Capelli Sports has proven to be unreliable, untrustworthy, and downright careless. If you value your time, your money, or your child’s needs, go anywhere else. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers.

Capelli is possibly the worst company

Capelli is possibly the worst company in the world to order uniforms from. I’ve been waiting for two months, and I still haven’t received either the uniforms or a clear response from them. Communication is practically done through email, and when I called the number listed on Google, no one answered. To make matters worse, the voicemail box is full. This has been extremely frustrating for both my son and me.

Offered 15% discount yet nearly everything is excluded. 10+ days to order and have delivery of a stocked non customized item is quite ridiculous in 2025.

Place is a joke.

Ordered uniform June 28th, it is now August 26th and it is still not here. Not very happy about the club switching uniforms to such an unreliable place. Hope they dont make this mistake again. They said 5 weeks which is ridiculous as is and it's now over 8 weeks without a uniform. My son has already had 2 games without it. Very frustrating. Also spent over $100 for something he will only wear 10 times.

Horrible Company

Horrible service representatives. Placed order June and still waiting at the end of August. 10 weeks and counting. When you inquire about your order they ghost you. The company is not worth the hassle. If you are in charge of a sports club/team please do not put your family’s through this nightmare of the Capelli hassle. Do better.

I wish there were zero stars. Horrible customer service. Major delays (months) in ordered items. No response for weeks on order queries. I am not sure how this business is still open!!!

“$1,400 Order Wrong – Kids Missing Games, No Response from Capelli Sport”

I placed a uniform order with Capelli Sport on 7/2 (over $1,400) and didn’t receive it until 8/1—only to find the entire order was wrong. I received uniforms from three different clubs and unrelated items like flashlights. I reported it immediately, returned the items on 8/4 as requested, and was promised a replacement “ASAP.” Nearly two weeks later, I still have no update, no tracking, and no response to my emails.

My $150 coupon doesn’t even work for my kids’ club gear—only generic items I don’t want. That’s absolutely useless.

This mistake is affecting my 3 kids. Their season started Monday, they have games this weekend, and they’ll be forced to sit because Capelli hasn’t delivered. They also have a tournament next week which at risk now too.

This is the second year in a row I’ve had to deal with delayed, incorrect orders from Capelli. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and unprofessional. Parents spend serious money for their kids, this shouldn’t happen.

Are "zero" stars an option?

Are "zero" stars an option? Multiple years now not receiving soocer uniforms in time for the season. Ordered 3 months ago - same time as teammates and other club members. Some have received their kits, others have not. Ours is "awaiting fulfillment" - as most everyone knows who has ever ordered anything from Capelli. Please stop sending emails daily offering you products that you are not able to deliver. Customer service takes days to respond - with only your order in is process. Last we heard, our order from early June will ship out sometime in September .... maybe in time for half our season. Not sure how this company convinces clubs to use their products. Just read any of the reviews - all 1-star.

capelli is a massive fail

Capelli consistently fails to deliver timely orders -they are months and months late. We play soccer for Rush - who is one of Capelli’s largest clients. Last year we ordered in June and the kits / uniforms did not arrive for half our team until mid-October, most of our fall games were over. This year, Capelli did the same thing. They took our $750 and are now late, as they promised an August 1 delivery. Once again, we won’t have uniforms for games, and Capelli won’t do anything to make it right.

Even worse - they don’t return calls or emails - which makes them a borderline scam company. Do yourself a favor - give someone else your business.

The fact I had to give even ONE star…

The fact I had to give even ONE star makes me ill. This company is a JOKE that I am forced to deal with for soccer uniforms from my child's soccer club. I placed an order MID JUNE with guaranteed delivery by August 1st. We are now MID AUGUST and just received an email they don't have my child's size in some items. WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING FOR TWO MONTHS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? The season starts in 2 weeks - this is completely unacceptable. Oh and you can only contact them via email which goes at a snails pace. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND SPEAK WITH YOUR CLUBS TO CHANGE PROVIDERS

Late on delivery and lied about when it would deliver

We ordered our Uniform on June 25th and was told it would take 5 weeks for delivery Eta would be July 30th. We emailed after the 30th when the uniform did not arrive on time and were given a UPS number that has yet to ship. We also received an email from customer service that said it would arrive at the end of the week on 8/15. It did not and UPS number still does not show the uniform being picked up. At this point we are already 2 games into the season and have to yet to receive uniforms that we paid $400.00. It would be nice if Capelli could be honest and tell us when this order will be shipped.

Worst customer service for a sport…

Worst customer service for a sport uniforms company. They always take more than 2 months to fulfill orders and their service is really bad, also the quality of the uniforms is not good enough. I don't recommend this company at all.
