I am writing to express my deep…

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delay in the delivery of my order No. 1457019, which was placed on July 15, 2025, and is now September 9. The uniform has still not been shipped. As you can see from the attached screenshots, UPS still does not have the uniform in its possession.

I am especially upset because the soccer season has already begun, and my son has had to train and play in uniforms borrowed from other children. This has caused him embarrassment and discomfort, as he is the only one without the proper uniform due to your company's extreme delays and incompetence.

Never order from this company

Ordered in July just 1 top and joggers was advised delivery date was Sept 3rd its been in quality check for 4 weeks now, customer service does not get back to you when they do its not helpful i would never NEVER use this company again waste of time

1-star rating for 49% of their reviews

Like the many other reviews, our soccer club uses Capelli for uniforms and the experience has been poor in terms of the following:

1. Shipping...takes far too long.
2. Order status...no change after 5 weeks.
3. Customer Service...not helpful and can only be reached by email.
4. Quality...my daughter's backpack did not make it through 1 season before falling apart.
5. Pricing...pricing is more expensive than other brands.

The two-part question most of us are asking is how is this company still in business and why are we being forced to order from a company that has a 1-star rating for 49% of reviews?

Soccer kit delayed over 4 weeks into season

Soccer kit is so delayed. We’re 4 weeks into the season and our team can’t wear their uniforms (some players have them - not all).

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I order my son's uniform in June. It is now September and it still has not shipped. I have reached out 3 times and I keep getting the same generic response. On Sept 3rd they send me an email that said my package should arrive on July 8th!!! That was 2 months ago!! If it were not required for my kids sports I would NEVER buy from this company again!!!!!

Bad Customer Service and very late shipping

My order has not been shipped. I ordered on 8/17, and it is now 9/4 with no shipping and no help from anyone. I will never order from Capelli again.

This company has awful processing…

This company has awful processing period. Orders take forever to get out, I’ve had multiple instances where after waiting months for something, it finally arrives only to find that it was fulfilled incorrect and have to start the process all over.

This time I ordered what I’d get same day from any other service only for it to be over 15 days and the shipment still says “waiting for details”.

I order my son’s uniforms July 8,2025 and still haven’t received it. I have sent email after email and all I get back is they are working on the order. This company is the worse!! I hope that our soccer league never uses them again!!! If you’re looking to order from this company save yourself the trouble!! #worseuniformcompany

It's been 8 weeks since I ordered…

It's been 8 weeks since I ordered uniforms for my child and there is no progress, they have a terrible service and I don't know how much longer I will wait. It is not clear when the things we paid for will arrive. I placed my order on July 7, 2025. It was promised to be shipped within 5 weeks.
Today is September 9, 2025. We are in the 9th week. They deceive the customer until they receive the order and then do not send it or send it late

Awesome quality and super comfortable too!

It started with one pair of Capelli yoga pants/leggings and I can never go back. I now have workout shirts, multiple workout leggings, jackets, and a sports bra. Their size charts are accurate and the quality of their clothing is amazing + super comfortable!
