Saw a friend of mine with a backpack from Capelli, and I decided to order a backpack of my own. The delivery was quick and the backpack feels super high quality. Love it!

So SLOW to ship out
I placed the order last Friday on Oct 10, it didn’t go out until Oct 15, now UPS tracking says it won’t arrive until Saturday Oct 18. Too late for my kid to use for his upcoming competition on which is on Saturday since we have to leave on Friday for travel day. This is PA to VA shipping (maybe 3 hr drive?) and it’s not even free shipping - circa $9. You need to fix your delivery speed. Would be even better if free shipping.

Poor experience
The bottom feeders of service. Their website design is truly the worst. The website ordering does not correlate with what their service agents tell you to. For example buying an individual soccer jersey from a mandatory team kit is impossible. They force you to buy the whole kit $600 as opposed to a jersey $50 (overpriced garbage quality as it is where the color washes off to other parts of the jersey). If I started a club I would steer clear from placing my business with them. First and foremost they need to get rid of their website team.

Awful customer service DELAYED shipping
Awful. Been waiting a month for my order. Everything I ordered on their website was in stock, not backordered and nothing was being customized. I have emailed back and forth and each person says a different thing. Probably 10 different people responded. No phone number to call. Told me my order shipped a week ago. Tracking never updated. They blamed USPS for the delayed. I called USPS and told them what USPS said (label was printed but never requested to be picked up) now Capelli claims the order is still being worked on. After sending tracking and telling me it was already shipped. My daughter has not had a goalkeeper kit for the first 4 games she has had this season. Ridiculous!

Extremely unhappy by the fact that I received only one item from my two items order. I had to contact customer service to ask why order is not even sent after a month from order date. Finally I received one item. I am not even sure that I will recive second item.
I am unsatisfied customer and I belive I will not order anything else from this company.

Worst Delivery Times/ Worsted Communication
Ordered 2 pants in the month of August 14 2025.
Paid $7 shipping.
Till date no UPDATE. Tried to email Customer Service 2 times, NO REPLY.

Horrible and despicable service!
The service provided was exceptionally poor. I placed an order for these items in late August, expecting them to be shipped on or about September 5th. However, I did not receive all of the items or the first shipment until after October 5th. Furthermore, I was unable to communicate with customer service via phone, as they only responded via email.
In response to the unsatisfactory experience, I canceled the order, which was worth over $218. I subsequently purchased similar items from Dks Sporting Goods, which arrived within two days. However, Capelli Sports items finally arrived after I canceled the order. Customer service emails attempted to disregard my request. After the second shipment shipped, they inquired if I wanted a return label. I declined, stating that I wanted a refund and that I was not shipping anything back. Despite my request, I received another email wishing me the best of luck. My communication with customer service was terminated. This is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with, and I have been purchasing gear for over 25 years.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, UNDER NOT CERTAIN TERMS WILL THEY BE WOIRTH IT!
AND NOW THEY EMAILED PERSONALLY TO ASK IF I WANTED PREPAID RETURN LABEL! NO GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK! DO WHATS RIGHT!

Shipping was way too late it took them more than a month for delivery without them letting me know. Every time I send a message automatically message was send back to me. Really unprofessional from you guys. Items were wrong. The worst I wouldn’t recommend.

Don't waste your time
Where to start.... online order was easy to submit, and that's about it....took over 3 weeks to get the items and that was after being told the item was no longer in stock and I should choose something else?? You cannot speak to anyone about your order you have to just sit and wait...will not ever buy anything from Capelli...I can't imagine how bad a team uniform order would be....poor very poor

Never sent me my item
Never sent me my item. First they sent the wrong item, I contact customer service, then after a month of unhelpful customer service, they tell me they are sold out of the original item ordered. The absolute worse.

I have a few orders from you guys that…
I have a few orders from you guys that have not been delivered. First purchase was sep 20th with no delivery although I got an update that it got delivered to Oklahoma somewhere. I am in California and the delivery address was provided! I re ordered the same things on October 2nd and still nothing has been delivered. I want to know what is going on with my orders. it should be under the name, Carlos Labrado or delia martinez. Please get back to me with info on my purchase as I needed this weeks ago!! Thank you.
