This company are appalling! Avoid!

Would give this company 0 stars if it were at all possible. Never known such dire customer service in all my life! Been trying to access the online portal to access my pension figures etc. It said I had been locked out and to contact Capita to reset my password etc. I have done this now on several occasions over the last 3 weeks but the ‘reset password and pin’ never, ever works! When I call the ‘contact us’ team, they just keep saying my case has been escalated and I will be called back, ranging from 24 to 48 hours then 10 working days to 15 working days! Really - just to sort MY access to MY pension?! Do they even know what they are on about really?! They literally haven’t a clue and are the most unhelpful, least empathetic team of customer service assistants I have ever come across. An absolutely appalling and shocking company, seriously avoid at all costs!!! Shame on you Capita, an absolute shambles!!!

what I want to know is Capita a genuine…

what I want to know is Capita a genuine company before i fill in my form they sent me. The letter stated we are writing on behalf of the procter and gamble pension fund who are working for Capita Tracing and data solutions. ( part of the Capita plc,) to check that the details held within their records are correct. Also I have to fill in back of letter my name, date of birth, national insurance number, my address previous address then send form within 2 weeks. What i want to know is it worth procceding with sending it.

Dreadful

I am a BAT pensioner who sadly has to deal with Capita,the customer experience is just shocking with long waits to answer the phone, an overcomplicated security system,a total inability to answer even the simplest question and operators who promise to do something and seem to never do it despite constant calls, e mails and letters- i fear in its pursuit of profit the directors have totally forgotten their customer and should be ashamed to treat people this way.
Shame on you capita.

Would of given 0 stars if possible .... long story short, capita owes me and my siblings a payment from the passing of my mum, capita sent a letter asking for banking mandate returned and once they recieve they will send payment but its been 3 months and not heard or recieved anything yet, send numerous emails with no reply... its not like its £50 but more in the £1000's so guessing capita are holding the funds in there account to gain interest instead of it being in our accounts gaining intrest

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. They just seem so unwilling to help. I needed my last 3 pension payslips urgently & couldn’t access my account online. So I rang 4 times to try to get access. All 4 attempts failed so I asked them to just email me my last 3 payslips as I needed them the following day. Been told it will take 20 days for them to email them to me. A company this size can’t send an email for 20 days! Gave up in the end. Joke of a company

Totally frustrating

I don't know how in this day and age a company like Capita exists and are in control of people's pensions.
I've been down the complaints procedure twice without a response and still waiting to get my outstanding AVC's transferred.
Very frustrating would be an understatement.
This company needs to be replaced, as judging by the amount of negative feedback on the reviews it's unbelievable how they can be allowed to continue with there unprofessional and poor performance.

Impossible to access account online and…

Impossible to access account online and customer service are unable to sort, so in order to delay things you have to send an email which they will if ever take over two weeks to reply to. Everything at a snails pace unfortunately stuck with them as a DB scheme which I cannot transfer to a more competent company. Got a lot worse since they upgraded ( really a downgrade) the website. Plus the data breach makes them totally incompetent.

How can a pension claim take 17 months and counting I wrote in october saying I was getting…

I wrote in on Trust pilot october saying I was getting nowhere with capita in securing my brothers pension. Another 3 months on and we are still no nearer to getting the money. Useless promises, insincere apologies and absolutely no help.
The number of times I have been told that ''Prudential'' are releasing the funds is ridiculous . I have never come across such complete incompetence. 17 months now since I first applied for the lump sum pension. I wonder if capita ever read these reviews because there doesnt seem to be one good one

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish I have being trying to access my Wincanton pension for 3 months and have been told by pension wise that refusing to release my funds before I booked an appointment & talk with pension wise is illegal! They also control of my pit pension & have refused to reset my on line password for 2 years! So I have had to ask for a paper statement every month! Absolute shambles!
Bet the directors get their bonuses on time!
Think a complaint to the pension ombudsman is in order.

Pensions Awful customer service

Awful customer service! The way you process withdraw of pensions is slow and outdated. It’s clear this corrupt system doesn’t want to make it easy for customers to get hold of their rightful payments. It will take months before you get my money!!!! Rubbish

Awful company

Awful company. Like all the others here, have been trying to get my pension pot for over three months. No contact and fobbed off every time I call. It is a disgrace and I cannot believe they are getting away with it, it's like a legal scam. I will go to Pensions Ombudsman. Hopefully if enough of us do they will be investigated.

Withdrawals is totally impossible

Withdrawals is totally impossible with them. And the customer service team are not doing anything about it. They are not reliable at all. Switch to a more reliable alternative if you can and don’t waste your time and resources here. I use “ EåŠyße” now and I know for a fact I can count on them, the return are decent and consistent.

Capita/Atlas are a terrible company

Capita/Atlas are a terrible company. I have been trying to take my very small lump sum with them for the last 3 months. Every step of the process there have been issues. Documents sent via e mail to me which I have been unable to open. There website is hopeless, I have tried to log in many times but far to complicated to actually get in to. Documents sent from them through the post which take 2 weeks to arrive. Phone calls made to them for updates. Not all these calls were logged! I have made a complaint but have heard nothing back. No follow up whatsoever from them. They don't care about their customers.

I had a PIP assessment by video call

I had a PIP assessment by video call. The lady was very pleasant, although a physiotherapist when my medical condition is neurological. Today I got the report, I feel insulted and actually it's laughable! She stated that I don't take prescribed pain relief, when in actual fact I'm a patient at a world class Neurological hospital in London where I travel to every 12 weeks for between 30-40 pain relief injections in my face/head. She even had a letter stating this! I'm also on another 3 different pain relief medications, all on prescription. I actually feel like I was at a completely different meeting!

Do not trust these people

I had a telephone pip assessment with capita the Nurse I spoke to lied about everything and now I have to do a mandatory reconsideration with DWP. It's absolutely disgusting the way people are treated, I was incredibly distressed during the call and this Nurse threatened to end the call several times if I didn't calm down, then wrote in her assessment that I was calm and showed no signs of distress or anxiety there are 29 inaccuracies in my report by this capita employed nurse and more in the DWP report. How someone whose job it is to care can then grossly misrepresent people who need this support is beyond me. My advice is to have someone else on the call with you and also record everything and ask them to read back what they have written. It should be criminal what they do.

A company which sends out poorly trained drivers who park on pavements, on double yellow lines, on cycle paths and on corners & bends with no regard for members of the public who have to navigate round them.
