Ten out of ten, perfect.
Chose a Caple microwave because it was the only one on the market to fit the weird small space in my kitchen. But I am genuinely very happy with it. Buttons and a knob, no touch controls, manual door open, intuitive UI. Perfect! It is really well designed. Simple, looks smart, does what I actually want, well, without clutter.
Caple called to verify delivery details, courier straight to my door, easy installation. 10/10 a perfect product and great experience. Thank you!

Hannah was a great help this week. I had an order that was a little delayed by the courier and after speaking with her, she tracked it and gave me an ETA, then checked again later in the day and updated me and then checked AGAIN when the tracking said the item had been delivered - can't ask for better service than that :)

Excellent customer service from Willow. I have sold Caple for many years and they are a great product (I have Caple in my own kitchen). The company are a dream to deal with, which is hard to find in this day and age.

Had a problem with the dishwasher racks…
Had a problem with the dishwasher racks disintegrating after 2.5 years, immediately replaced by Caple. Brilliant service.

All Capel white goods have failed
Capel appliances purchased for my new kitchen November 2020.
Tumble Dryer delivered was broken; replaced with heatpump dryer.
Dishwasher lower basket completely rusted in 5 years.
Fridge Freezer iced up in the base of the freezer in 5 years.
Washing machine frequently displaying E10 Error in 5 years.
Heatpump Dryer now identified as a fire hazard - 5 years

Better buying direct
I'd approached two local stockists for one filter pack for my cooker hood, about 10 years old. The fist said I'd have to pay £25 delivery charge unless he could make up an order of £100. The second, Huws Gray, advised me to buy direct from Caple. I couldn't make the web payment page work, and discussed that by phone. It seems my computer is probably too old. So they took my order by phone for two sets, hence free delivery. In fact they sent me four on the day appointed. I am now set for 20 years.
