CarbZone Avis 

My order took over 3 weeks to arrive. I emailed after 10 days and they did respond to say it was because one of the items was out of stock, so I took the suggested option to go ahead without it and get a refund for the item, but this never happened and it eventually arrived after another 2 weeks. Pretty useless, won't use again.

They are honestly the worst ever company. I would give zero stars but unfortunately you cannot give less than 1. They do no answer their phone. They do not reply to emails. I have been contacting them for a week now to place an order but they are not responding. I have decided to take up carbs instead! Awful awful awful service!

The absolute worst company ever. Never experienced such a bad customer support and rip off. They forgot my order and I contacted them to cancel my order to get my money back since it didn’t arrive on time for my event - they did not answer me through any contact way - I tried email 5 times, phone 5 time, social media 2 times. Then I receive, not an answer, but an email that they messed up my order and it’s on its way now (this is several weeks after it should have arrived), I responded that I had tried contacting them and that I had cancelled my order since I didn’t need it anymore - they just responded back “sorry for late response” nothing more and then sent my order anyway…

Ordered the low carb bread at £2.39... 5 pieces for £2.39. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bothered. You can get a full loaf from Waitrose at 3.4g carbohydrates per slice for £1.24 which is .3g more, but you get loads more for your money

Can honestly say, what an awful experience - never received any items i bought, even worse, is contacting the company for a refund - not one reply to any emails, the Facebook auto reply message, states, email the company and when you call, its not an English answerphone message - so no idea what it is instructing you to do - terrible

Not impressed with either food or service. Paid for 1-day delivery, yet the parcel arrived 3 days later and no refund received for the express delivery (customer service person apparently didn’t see anything wrong with express delivery it being 3 days late). One of the dark chocolate bars arrived half empty! It was sealed but it was definitely half the size of the other bar.

As a vegetarian I was a big fan of protein rice, it helped me replace my daily chapatis and allowed me to consume protein to allow weight loss. I was very disappointed when it became discontinued and have struggled to find a similar/replacement product ever since. Until I came across CarbZone! I ordered the rice, not knowing what to expect, but I can honestly say it surpassed all expectations! it is totally delicious and so filling! it has allowed me to get back on track with my weight loss journey, I couldn't be happier! I have already recommended the Carbzone products to many friends and family members and they have all fallen in love with the products. I will never shop anywhere else.

You can't beat these delicious wraps I use as pizza base and as wraps, I tried Lo Dough and oh my days these tasted like eating a sponge this put me off ordering low carb alternatives but then I thought maybe I should try these and oh I was very very satisfied well done with your recipe thumbs up from me 👍👍👍👍

I have placed many orders with Carb Zone, and absolutely love their products and their service. They are now my go to for low carb items, having tried many other online sources. Their pasta is a revelation, after a year of not being able to eat it. We love their fusilli. Also love their protein rich bread. It's expensive, but fab as a treat.

I've used them for at least a year now and they are yet to disappointment. I would certainly recommend them.

Trying a low carb diet for the first time & came across carbzone online, made my first order of protein bread, chocolate, strawberry granola & the pasta.
not tried the pasta yet but bread, granola & chocolate are lovely. very fast delivery. from order arrived within 2 days. I will be ordering again & have recommended them to my friends.

I never got my order, they ignore my mails, customer service is not useful, very disappointing.

Great products, great service and fast delivery

Great company. Fast delivery and great communication. I ordered the wraps which taste just like normal wraps. It means we can have fajitas and keto pizzas in a low carb diet! Very happy!

The dark chocolate with orange is amazing! The low carb bread is lovely toasted but the low carb penne pasta is like eating bits of tasteless rubber! Which was so disappointing as I would have ordered loads if it had been nice

Fantastic low carb food! It's the best I've tried and very quick delivery. I bought one pack of bread, raspberry granola, and the tomato tortillas; the bread is scrumptious & filling & not too malty at barely 4 carbs, the granola...wow! 8 carbs for 40g and the tomato tortilla feels and tastes great at only 4 carbs. It's the feel of food I miss on a low carb diet which is often overlooked - the crunch, the chew, the pulling apart with teeth...it's all there with CarbZone. I've just ordered a bulk order & looking fwd to receiving, thank you!

They said they have sent my order, but they weren't. After many email's I cancelled my order and then they sent it. Bad customer service (Sweden, Carb Zone), bad quality of food. I don't recommed at all!
