Awful awful company!
Awful awful company! Do not use! Trusted the garage that suggested using them, car took over 3 weeks to repair, communication was non existent, constantly calling once I had my car back upto 5 months later, and now my they have logged this claim against my own insurance even tho other party admitted fault in writing at the very beginning. Waste of time, might aswell gone to my own insurance in the first place. You've been warned ⚠️

This is so unusual to us that we decided to fully investigate this to take a closer look in view of your remarks and comments and as a result we now feel strongly that your comments are inaccurate, unfair and do not relate to the experience you suggest, and this is what we have found and can evidence.
You were put in touch with us from a repairer you had chosen yourself on 9th February and did not return our calls until 13th February. A day after you returned the call, we provided you with a temporary replacement vehicle delivered to your door. We went on to arrange and pay for your repairs which were in excess of £4,000.00 to your vehicle which was fully funded at our own cost and risk so that there was no need to make any claim on your own insurance as we had described to you.
Upon completion of repairs, you then signed a notice of satisfaction saying you are happy with the repairs that were carried out to your vehicle on the 12th March. This was all done in accordance with the correct repair processes, manufacturer standards and timescales. Your chosen repairer would also have needed to schedule repairs against other work that they are in the process of completing, and have parts and materials delivered and available for work to commence on your vehicle. However there can be delays with this as repairs have to be guaranteed and completed to the correct repair methodology in accordance with the independent engineers report.
In addition, I notice that you didn't sign documents that you were required to sign and although a replacement hire vehicle was provided, and your repairs were paid for, we still had to continue chasing for those documents until they were returned by you around 10th May which was 2 months after your repairs were completed.
You have also made comments about your own insurance suggesting that we contacted them, but this is completely incorrect. We gained an acceptance of liability from the third party insurer on your behalf as all part of our service, and that service included you having a hire vehicle delivered to your door, no excess to pay, no claim made on your own insurance policy and your vehicle fully repaired to the manufacturers standard and returned to you where you signed the satisfaction note.
We are proud of our service and what we provide for our customers, we are open to criticism however we don't feel your review is fair or reasonable.

A great company who get thIngs done! They took over my claim and had me set up with a hIre car very quIckly. They even allowed me to use a garage close to me that dId a fantastIc job on my car. Really recommend thIs company If you are the innocent party In an accIdent.
