After several emails trying to resolve your issue for a product purchased almost a year ago (28th October 2022), we are disappointed to see if you have still chosen to leave a negative review after having one bad experience from 13 orders with us. Not only did we offer the discount code to you, but we also offered to try and diagnose/fix the diffuser if you sent it back to us. Unfortunately, like any other business, we aren't able to offer blind refunds or replacements, especially after a product has been used for circa 12 months.
That being said, we're still happy to assist you and resolve the issue if you are willing to return the diffuser to us.

DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
UPDATE: THIS STUFF HAS NOW LEFT A MARK ON THE LEATHER SEATS OF MY CAR. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I will start by saying I normally love all the scents and products from CC, but the mist is a complete waste of money.
I was gifted a bottle by my wife, but to be honest I don't know who is more upset about how rubbish it was.
Firstly I can't identify which smell it's supposed to be. Secondly it says on the box that it "lasts 24-48 hours" but that is absolute rubbish...it barely lasts 30 minutes in my car.
It says 3-5 sprays in the footwell...I've done 5 sprays in every footwell in my car...that's 30 sprays in total...and it still doesn't last more than half an hour.
Will I buy from CC again... probably...but never wasting money on a mist again!
Funnily enough, giving them a 1 star rating means your review will not be posted on their website...

We can see you are a long-standing customer of ours and have placed 4 orders since 2020 yet have not left any reviews for your previous purchases. We also cannot see a Car Mist in any of your orders either. However, the Car Mist specifically states it will last "up to" 24-48 hours. This will vary depending on the fragrance chosen and of course the environment/conditions of a vehicles interior. There is also a clear warning label printed on the packaging of the of the Car Mist advising not to spray the product directly onto textiles. If you have sprayed this on the leather seats or in their direction, you have disregarded the warning label. Any product containing pure fragrance oil and alcohol will without doubt damage textiles.

Best in the game. I’ve used car cologne for years now and have purchased their diffusers and card scents. I find the AC cleaner and freshener is brilliant! The scent remains in the car for a good couple of months after use. I’ve used in my huracan, cayenne and 911. No oil drips on leather like I had when I used another brand previously. I’ll always stick with car cologne.
