Car Cologne Avis 

I had a slight problem with my cologne bottle ,got in touch and was sorted next day. I have to give 5 stars for their product's and 5 stars for their costumer service highly recommended.

i was sent the wrong item in the post, i received the savore air condition spray instead of the dry mist, i put in a complaint on the customer support and have heard nothing back as of yet it has only been a couple of days but just thought itd be a-bit quicker.

Nothing special for the money. Can hardly smell the air freshener. Really disappointing for the price point.

After finding car cologne on Instagram, I decided to try their Dior savauge inspired card freshener. So I ordered 2 of the savore card fresheners. My order arrived and I couldn’t wait to get one in the car. Omg the smell is amazing! exactly like Dior savauge. The best thing is, it’s not overpowering you and it lasts unlike other car fresheners I’ve had in the past. I’m definitely going to be ordering again in the future. Very easy website to navigate, simple ordering and paying system, amazing longlasting fragrances and fantastic customer service. Honestly stop wasting money on cheap tacky air fresheners, and get these fragrance inspired card fresheners, you won’t be disappointed!. 5⭐️s.

Great products and customer service, best scents out there!!!

I have only bought the standard car diffuser (and not the electronic one that seems to have caused many issues for buyers). The product itself is good but pricey. My main issue is that the company uses Royal Mail for delivery which is a HUGE negative in my book. My last order was despatched using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. The package only arrived 6 days later! This is not the first time this has occurred. I have highlighted this to the company more than once but they persist in using one of the worst delivery services. Unfortunately, 'you are only as strong as your weakest link' which means a poor review for Car Cologne!

Always worth the price with every products they produce, been using them for the past 2 years and will never use any other company again.

The best product on the market personally, Iv tried many in my time but car cologne is top tier. As a smoker refresh’s my car each and every time.

I purchased the fragrance mist diffuser for my car as it looked a great product.
I ordered it no issues with delivery.
I charged the product as per instructions and it initially worked perfectly then it stopped putting the fragrance out the very next day a complete waste of money.
I emailed them and they took days to reply and now heard nothing I will be binning this product.

Everything running smoothly and correct when ordering ,no problems

Update regarding my previous post, just to re-enforce my suggestion never to use this company.
On posting my first Trustpilot entry, the company denied I had been a customer of theirs however after forwarding proof of my purchase, my post was allowed to be published.

They then agreed for me to return the faulty diffuser. This was done well before Christmas however, many emails later, I had a response from Car Cologne at the beginning of this week apologising for they delay but they were waiting for new stock. This would indicate that the diffuser I returned was in fact faulty.
Yesterday, I recieved a parcel from Cat Cologne and on opening it found that it is the original faulty diffuser I retirement to them as it had a small mark on the base that I put on it for just this reason.

Low and behold, after testing this, it is still faulty and the company have merely kept the faulty goods and then returned them to me.

This is the level of company your dealing with, if your lucky to get a diffuser that works, then I'm sure customers will be happy however, for those of is who have any issues are fighting an up hill battle to get any sense from Car Cologne customer services.

They lie, by saying they are waiting for new stock when they are just delaying dealing with my issues.

They lie, they are sending a replacement when they don't and end up reporting the original faulty item, so faulty.

As previously stated, there are many other companies that do similar or better car Diffusers so I would seriously consider using them before using Car Cologne.

TOTAL COWBOYS. SENT BACK AS YOU HAVE TO POWER IT UP EVERY TIME YOU GET IN THE CAR. i THOUGHT IT WOULD SWITCH ON AUTOMATICALLY. i GAVE THIS REASON WHEN RETURNED. GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT BACK BUT THAT THEY DONT SAY ANYWHERE THAT IT SWITCHES ON AUTOMATICALLY(NOR DOES IT SAY YOU HAVE TO SWITCH IT ON EVERY TIME) THEY SAID THEY WONT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND AS I HAVE USED AND THEY ALSO WANT A RESTOCKING FEE AND HAVE ONLY OFFERED ME A 50%REFUND. HAVE HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL TO SORT THIS OUT. NOT WORTH THE BOTHER

We're do I start with Car Cologne Customer Service is absolutely shocking I purchased car defuser for Christmas never worked contacted them three times twice on there contact us page on the website all they say is send video did this you never hear from them again I even opened up a dispute with PayPal they replied saying guess what send us a video crazy to run a business like this disgusting
to sum up Do Not Purchase Anything From Car Cologne

The customer service is outstanding and the product excellent . I bought this after spending a lot of money on car airfresheners wich only last about a week i bought the car mister delux with the oils and my car smells brilliant every time i get in it and the oils last for weeks

Long lasting scent
Amazing. My car now smells like my aftershave- sauvage. I bought the 3 scents box- one for my car, one for the wife and a spare. They are genuinely next level. Forget the rest- buy from these. They really are the best
