Placed an order over 10 days ago, have never received the order or any updates l, have emailed several times to chase it but no response. Scam company stay away.

0 star.. Absolutely horrendous company, don't waste your money.
Bought one of the diffusers, tried to charge it and it won't charge. Emailed them to get a replacement and they won't reply to my emails. Emailed multiple times and also used resolver and they haven't even bothered to reply to that either.
Buy one off AliExpress instead a fraction of the price and actually work.
So I've actually come back to edit this....
You did actually reply to my first email....It took you a long time to respond though, the response for which you asked me to try some basic fault-finding with the unit, which I tried and then replied to your email within an hour of receiving it but from then on I never received any response from yourself's, so it wouldn't have actually gone into your spam folder from this point. And also the fact that you have responded to me on here and not even actually bothered to reply to my emails is quite shocking to be honest. As stated in the previous review on here I even tried to use resolver for which you never even bothered to respond to either.
The comment you have said about the product being 5 months old.. As I stated I only used it a couple of times and the consumer rights act actually states that a product can be up to six months old and replaced/refunded if any faults occur as this would be classed as a faulty unit/manufacturing error. I've asked for a refund but you have ignored this too. I would like a full refund for this product and I can send the unit back to you too (for which you will have to pay the postage fees)

We apologise for not responding to your emails - having looked into this, we have located one email in our junk folder dated 2nd December advising us of the issue with your diffuser. Therefore, your email was never intentionally ignored and we have a dedicated customer service team who respond to emails on a daily basis. However unfortunately your email was not picked up due to it arriving in our junk folder - something completely out of our control. We also note that your review pertains to a product purchased in July 2022, meaning you have had no prior issues with your diffuser for the past 5 months. I'm dissapointed with this product
I'm dissapointed with this product. Had high hopes that the fragrance would last longer than a day, sadly it didn't. Waste of money and wouldn't buy again.
Oh and to the team you are welcome to do an analysis of my trustpilot reviews as you done with another 1 star reviewer. My reviews are genuine and I would be delighted to have left you 5 stars - had your product lived up to its claims

On the one off chance that my product was delivered damaged, I was given polite & reliable customer service.
They had resolved my situation & would definitely recommend to people in the future.
But the products are great quality for a reasonable price!

The way forward for making your car smell amazing!
Very happy with my orders! The diffusers are fab, just gently wafts around the car for weeks rather than a one hit wonder. The dry mist smells amazing 🤩 definitely going to be a regular customer 👌🏼
