Amazing company with amazing customer service. One problem with buying and selling gift cards is the owner gives the gift card number so after selling it they sometimes use it still. Anytime I get a gift that the seller skims money from after selling it to them, never have a problem getting a replacement.

Very few instances of cards being compromised and when they are Cardcookie is quick to fix the problem! They are my go to for discounted gift cards. Every little but helps!

I've dealt with Cardcookie for years. They provide remarkable customer service, especially compared to competitors. Over time, I have purchased numerous gift cards; a handful of them wound up being used previously by a deceptive seller. I contacted Cardcookie, and, in every single case, they have responded the same/next day, no questions asked, and replaced the problematic cards. Highly, highly recommend!

I have been using this website for about four years. It’s a great way to save money. However, it’s not completely reliable with every purchase. I would say that about 94% of the time, I receive the gift cards as expected, but around 6% may not be valid due to a $0 balance or other issues. When this happens, I email customer support, and they resolve it. They review my request and either send a replacement or, sometimes, return the money, but usually, they replace the gift card.

Will I still use the service? Yes, but I recommend purchasing gift cards only when you plan to use them or adding them to your store account immediately. Card Cookies and GCX are the best places to buy discounted gift cards. They are much safer than any other options I have found. So far, these are the two that I use.

I’ve made over a hundred purchases with this website and have never had a problem when I need to contact customer service - my issue has always been resolved quickly - usually within an hour. I won’t hesitate to continue to use them to purchase discounted gift cards.

They (technically the payment processor they choose to use) wants a photo ID (passport, driver's license) and selfies AFTER you've placed the order, in order to fulfill it. Ridiculous, I will never use them again.

So far I have $pent so much can't even remember but along the way I had few incidents where cards had $0 balance or shorten on what was originally claimed card has balance in it but Cardcookie support is really really supportive and they take care of any issue that occurs and rectify in no time! I Highly recommend Cardcookie if you are looking for a reliable Gift card supplier!!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. This is by far the worst gift card resale market I have ever used. I will never use them again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. AFTER they charged my card they emailed that I needed to provide photo ID and a selfie holding the ID. Very deceptive and confusing. Use Raise instead. Much easier, less sketchy, and reputable.
