A very good experience
Order completed in good time. Quality material. Style so good for my husband. I love that there are chalk marks where the seamstress has cut the material. It makes it more personal. Value for money.

A company who stills provide a personal service
How wonderful it is to deal with a company that delivers such a personal and helpful service. It was so refreshing to talk to a human when you have a query, not AI. As a disabled person in a wheelchair they were so helpful, gave good advice on my needs, and the goods I received were excellent.

The velcro on pants is great
The trousers are just fine with the velcro fastening,I have trousers with buttons but I have difficulty with fastening,so these are great!

I have returned a night of a clothing i.e. one pair of trousers for a refund I have enclosed the delivery charge requested.
I have had no reply to date. Nor refund!
I have had a response and have to admit that I had not taken into account the delays that occurred during the festive season.

Poor service
Accepted an order - took payment - but item was out of stock.
Email received saying order being processed but then nothing!
I had to chase Care Co to then find out item was out of stock with no due date!
