I thought the staff here were fantastic.they talk you through the whole process making it quick and easy to do.special thanks to Tyler who really went out his way to explain every thing clearly and help me when i didnt know what i was doing!!!i never thought i would be accepted for credit but today i picked up my lovely new car.i,m delighted so thank you for making it happen.

Aland was really patient with me being picky finding a car but finally we found one all thanks to him just want to say a big thanks to him for supporting me through the car journey.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
They are fraudsters , rude , arrogant and very unprofessional
They are a cowboy car broker who get paid from the finance company and then they refuse to pay the supplying dealership by withholding the monies to run there own business
Sales office is like a pub - laughing at customers on the phone , then after being on hold for over 30 minutes they think its funny to put down the phone
Check all these 1 star reviews they all say the same thing !

This company is engaged in fraud. They harass you to sign a HP agreement , you then have to set a date and time to collect your car, they do not release funds to the dealership. They ignore your calls stating they need to speak to the financial director but they never get back to you. They received the funds from the loan company on 28 September 2026 , I was due to collect my new car on 9 October 2026 , returned home from the dealership empty handed. Made a formal complaint , one response now outside the time limit for an interim report .
I suggest anyone who has had there money fraudulently acquired by Carloans UK make a fraud allegation to the police, make a complaint to there internal complaints system ( requirement of the financial ombudsman) , then after the requisite time report this firm to the financial ombudsman. Pursue there losses in the county court claims court.

Please listen to me when I say avoid this company at all costs. At first when I was looking for a car with them they were great, however after you sign your agreement they don’t care about you. When it comes to collection of the vehicle they don’t communicate with you. I got to the dealership at the time they asked and was told that they would ring me so they could confirm collection. Hours later I’ve heard nothing from them, instead I was only hold with the ‘handover team’ for over 2 hours which meant that i had to go home empty handed. I had travelled via train for 3 hours to collect the vehicle with them ensuring me that everything would go smoothly, however I’m not having to buy another expensive train ticket to get home. Please for you own good avoid these people they don’t care about you. Their team will make any excuse to get themselves out of jail. Just avoid because id hate for this to happen to anyone else which im sure it will.

Probably wasting my time posting this as notice they don't return calls or answer emails from customers to dealers or the finance company so doubt get a response to this. They couldn't have been more helpful getting a loan and Sam was great it sorting that out but that is where it ended. Money was released from finance company Startline to car loans uk on 2 October. We went to test drive and collect car on 12 October at 12oclock has arranged through Car loans uk and then rang car loans uk to ask them to release money. By 6pm that evening the money still hadn't being sent and we were left with no car to take home. Constant phone calls, emails from us, dealer and finance company to no avail apart from telling us money should arrive on Thursday 15 October but still nothing. As of today Saturday 17th October no replies to any emails, no returned phone calls and no money sent or car. We are now in panic mode as our old car is due to be returned under voluntary termination on 26 October which will then mean we have no car at all.

I looked on the companies website to research what kind of prices there would be. I was simply researching and just having a bit of a shop. Roughly 30 minutes after this one of the companies salesman called me and I apologised as I was unaware anyone would call me but wasn’t really wanting to have a discussion over the phone. I was polite, the salesman Paul was not. He was very rude and unprofessional. I will be advising people do not use your service.
