Very speedy service
We reached out on day one of a heatwave as our air conditioning units were leaking. Not only were they able to offer us an engineer in a few days time, they actually called the following day to bring it forward. He was a great guy, very helpful and polite. Excellent service all round!

Product as expected with great customer service.
The website was easy to use. The price was competitive. Delivery was sooner than expected which was good. I needed to call customer service and they were great. Each step of the process exceeded expectations. Will definitely use Carlton Services again.

I bought a portable air conditioning unit during the first heat wave and it was delivered the next day! The delivery people helped bring it inside. I was very impressed. The unit works well.

I wasn’t happy when delivery arrived.No phone call or text to say that your delivery is due on this date so I could arrange for someone to be there to take the delivery.But it was left on the pavement.

I was very impressed with Carlton Services from my initial enquiry through to receiving my quotation.
The speed of their response was excellent, and they offer a great range of products and options to choose from. Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with the installation, the experience throughout the quotation process was very positive.
Adam, who visited to provide the quotation, was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the available options clearly, and offered helpful advice without any pressure.
