Carpets and more were good
Carpets and more were good, kept me updated on delivery etc. Unfortunately, the delivery company failed to show up on the day we were promised, and delivered the next day. Not much use if you arent at home (we were luckily).

Excellent carpet,price,communication and delivery.
I bought telenzo carpet and cloud 9 underlay at a fraction of the shop price.
Everything from ordering to delivery went perfect. I needed 2 pieces of the carpet for my landing and 2 staircases which wasn’t a problem for them. I was told delivery would be 5 working days but was contacted by carpets and more offering a quicker delivery. Really impressed with everything.
If,like me ,you are hesitant about buying carpet online don’t worry .

Great product at a great price
Great product at a great price. I had to call a couple of time re delivery (due to changes my end!) and got through super fast and spoke to helpful people. Great company, will use again for sure :)

BAD DELIVERY
The carpet it’s self is beautiful.
Exactly what we wanted, the reason for the 2* is purely down to the delivery.
The service from the delivery driver was horrific.
After carpets and more calling us to to reschedule deliver for 6am at a property that we are not currently living in, we agreed and my husband made the trip at 5:30am to be there for when it arrived.
When the delivery showed up they dropped it on the curb and when my husband asked for help to get it in to the property he replied “that’s not my job mate”
6AM on a winters Tuesday morning, it’s pitch black, freezing cold and the delivery man was going to leave two large roles of carpet and underlay on the pavement. My husband was furious. Resentfully the driver eventually helped but that was after he was extremely rude.
Purely because of this experience we won’t be using carpets and more again

Sorry to hear that re the driver, we pride ourselves in the delivery service and usually get commended for the service and the drivers help, and during this exceptionally busy period we have worked extra hard to fulfil as many deliveries as possible - 99% of the time drivers are able to take carpets indoors and will bend over backwards to do so, on the rare occasion it may need to be a curb-side delivery, but we're glad the driver was able to bring them in for you. We are glad you received the order and are happy with it nonetheless. Thanks again for your business.

Good price and prompt delivery
Good price and prompt delivery. Courier was fab but sent to deliver on his own which was a bit unreasonable given the size of carpet (120kg) -if I hadn’t had my own wheeled boards or had been disabled we would have struggled.

Really great price so will definitely look to order again. Our delivery was delayed a couple of days (otherwise l would have given 5 stars ) but l guess that can't be helped with everyone experiencing transport and stock problems.

Great price
Great price , the carpet was exactly what we ordered and once they had received the carpet from the manufacturer, delivery was prompt. My only gripe would be that the carpet delivery man wasn't very helpful in getting the carpet into the house
