Because I was not going to be in when…
Because I was not going to be in when DPD were going to deliver I arranged to collect from one of their pick/up locations but it turned out this pick up location was no longer dealing with DPD but there was no notification of where order had gone. I contacted Cartridge World Customer Service and they immediately filled a new order with next day delivery at time convenient to me. Impressed by prompt action

Hi I received cartridges as ordered but am very disappointed that I can no longer return used cartridges. One of the reasons I brought cartridges from you was because of your recycling policy. I will now try to find another company who does recycle.

OK but website not working.
Ink was fine as usual, but I couldn't sign into my account or order online. I rang on order through, the lady was very nice and accessed my account, said she had spoken to someone else that morning who had had the same problem. One of the cartridges I asked for was incorrect when it arrived, not a problem as it was one I use but it meant I had to go and buy the one I wanted from Currys at full Canon price as the website would still not let me sign in.
