Carriers did not notify me of delivery. Had to call Cartridges to find out when to expect delivery.

Great company
Great company. To be fair, the only company that seems to sell my printer’s maintenance box in the UK - but still, never had a bad order from them. Delivery is quick and a darn sight faster than the likes of Amazon!

I've only given a 3 star because I was unable to order online this time. I've ordered from you many times before and always online in the past. The item I wanted was showing in stock but would not load into the basket. I placed the order by telephone and got a very good service with prompt delivery.

Ordered on 27th January
Ordered on 27th January, despatched on 28th January. Still waiting for delivery on 3rd Feb. Had to go out and purchase toner from elsewhere. Not impressed with the speed of your delivery. Have rung customer services this morning who told me they would e mail me back, still waiting for repsonse.

I ordered cartridges for my Epson printer on Friday 28th January and they came in the post the next day 29th January, you can’t get a better service than that. Very pleased as always and will be ordering again.

Ordered ink after a long gap.
Ordered ink after a long gap of not ordering from Cartridge World, found it easy to find the cartridge I needed. Only wanted One cartridge but it ended up That I ordered 2. A lady rang me immediately and asked if I need 2 orders. She put things right immediately. Everything went well after this. Cartridge World have always been an excellent company. Will carry on using them and would recommend them to any one.
