Alfreton & District Heritage Trust are regular customers at Uni-Shop. The staff are really friendly and their advice has been invaluable when considering what we needed for our Heritage Centre Displays. The Centre is located in the local cemetery so logistics have on occasions been rather challenging so far as delivery is concerned but Uni Shop have always worked with us to overcome any issues. We have always found our local delivery driver to be most helpful (Viking Transport at Derby) and it really is a great team you know you can trust. Product quality is fantastic so thanks to you all at Uni-Shop (Andrew take a bow, always a pleasure to talk to you!)

Sales team called after I had ordered online to note I had clicked for collect but had seen my address was in Scotland - I was in the area so was fine for me but good to know the team were checking these details.

I have been a loyal customer of this company, I used them in my other company, but after nearly four weeks of trying to place an order, I've had an extremely disappointing experience. Each time I called, I was told that the manager, Andrew, was either busy, on another call, or about to leave—even when it was well before the closing time listed on the website. Rarely did he call me back as promised.

When he finally addressed my order, he changed it from the original request, as if my £1,500 order was not worth his time. After eventually placing the order, he claimed my card's postcode didn’t match. I asked him to retry the card insisted on a BACS transfer instead. Ultimately, he cancelled my order without further communication, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.

Four weeks of effort to support a company I’ve trusted in the past were wasted. Andrew's unprofessional attitude and apparent disregard for smaller orders have led to an abysmal experience.

Very quick delivery, pallet delivery was well packaged, product exactly as expected. Wall panels are heavy so you need to take this into account when ordering.
